From start to finish, they were very professional and polite. I mostly dealt with Stuart in sales, but the other person I spoke with in the store was also very friendly and polite. The cars were clean and in good shape, and BB Motorcars allowed me to take the two that I was interested in to my own garage to get them checked out. Both cars passed with only minor issues. In fact, of the six cars that I had my garage inspect as possible candidates, only two passed muster--the two that came from Blue Bell Motorcars. I ended up buying a 2008 Mazda 3, which so far (3 months later) has turned out to be a good car. I recommend 'em.

Fast forward to years later and here I am calling them from another state needing their help ASAP due to me getting pulled over in Florida. To no surprise, assistance and help is what I got DESPITE being states away and they did it ASAP! The main thing I want everyone to know when coming to this dealership is, it's not just a sell/ purchase with them. It's making a connection with a customer and ensuring even afterwards they know someone at the dealership will assist. Never in my life did I experience such incredible customer service! They did not have to help me states away, yet phone calls were made and people who were not even on shift stepped up to assist me. I cannot express my gratitude for what this specific location did for me! It's beyond customer service ! The women working the day I called Friday 2/7/25 need to stay at this dealership FOREVER! I cannot begin to express how proud the owner should be knowing when they are not physically on site , this is how your company is being represented and it's phenomenal.

We went to Battaglia yesterday and I let my mom do all the talking, she told them what she was looking for, what her price range was and when I tell you every single person in there was walking in and out of the room asking questions to make sure they fully understood what it was she wanted/didn't want... made sure they didn't go over her price range... pulling 4/5/6 cars out of the lot for her to test drive... she finally found the car she LOVED... They gave her an amazing price for it and gave her a lot more for her trade then other places we went to. We left there and she couldn't stop smiling because not only did she feel like she did it "herself" but she felt like she was treated like a human, she left knowing she wasn't ripped off and even more so, she left with the car she LOVED. I can't thank EVERYONE at Battaglia enough for the most amazing car buying experience ever-- they are not sales man/women who force feed you cars and push you to do this or that... they LISTEN, they care. We wont be buying care anywhere else!

Dealership said they sent it into my "spam folder" which they never did. According to dealership management, there is no tracking number or any other identifying information confirming it was sent. Our advice is not to waste your time on the test drive. If they reneg on this, what else are they being dishonest about? We will be purchasing a Subaru from another dealership! Elliot D Additionally, we were impressed that Jeff responded so very quickly about the "gift card issue". We are still awaiting updated numbers/ values on our trade. Nice to know management tries to fix issues! Elliot D. As discussed, Glazmann dealership was clean and well lit. The Visa Gift Card problem was very quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Apparently the wrong email address created an error. The manager, Lauren was exceptionally nice, accurate and helped to resolve our issues and problems. Jeff, the Owner Manager, emailed us in a very timely manner to resolve our complaints. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome at Glazmann dealership. Future buyers should try to seek out management to resolve communication misunderstandings. Elliot D.

Anyway, this comports with my own experience and makes me feel much better about the upcoming road trip. I accept that very good mechanics have an off day, which might be what happened with either diagnostic or service. We just need it fixed. I recommended my son to take his 2008 Forester in for a bumper to bumper mechanical check since before his 2K road trip. I had such a good experience with their service in January, and I wanted to make sure this car was serviced by Subaru mechanics. $3K later, having paid for the diagnostic and issues they found, he drove it home. On the 1st attempt to drive it after that, it kept stalling every time he stopped. He could not get through Philadelphia and had to have it towed. They are taking care of it today.

I have always had European vehicles, and before I retired was a Porsche brand ambassador. The new Explorer runs as well if not better than any of its European counterparts! 400 hp and over 420 foot pounds of torque with a 10 speed gearbox makes for a phenomenally great package. The vehicle is equipped with blue star, which allows the vehicle to drive itself. I cannot speak highly enough about Russ, as well as their finance department, and the whole John Kennedy organization. It is clearly obvious that their family owned, and genuinely care about their clients... Don't waste your time with the others, buy your vehicle from Russ Coy, and I am rather certain you will be very thankful that you did!

They didn't even look at my car until some point late Saturday (beyond when I could pick it up) and were still "finishing it up" Monday morning. They stated that they "misplaced my paperwork". Poor communication. They also wrote my paperwork up incorrectly and tried to charge me $300 for work I did not need. They eventually made the whole appointment free, but I have a bad taste in my mouth. I have since taken my car elsewhere and confirmed that the "dead battery" is completely healthy. It's obvious to me that A&T Subaru does NOT value my business, my time or me as a customer. They disappointed me at every step of this process and I feel very much taken advantage of, when I took my car there in good faith. I won't be taking any vehicles there for service and will choose to purchase vehicles elsewhere in the future. A&T Subaru does not represent the values or character of the Subaru brand that I've known and driven for the last 15+ years.
