We weren't planning on driving anything, but we did anyway and we ended up buying it the next day! He gave us a great deal if we paid in cash (what we were planning on doing anyway) and he was super nice and answered all questions thoroughly. Never did I feel he was trying to sell us a car. He took a picture of us standing in front of the car before we left to put on his wall with all his other sales. We ended up having a very small (simple) problem with oil leaking within the week of the purchase, we called frank and he fixed it up for free! And very promptly. We've had the car for a few months, no other issues whatsoever (knock on wood). Will be coming here when I'm looking for my next car!

Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. I contacted the dealership for assistance and was instructed to email them. Despite doing so, I never received a call back from the service manager, Juan Estela. I also forwarded pictures to my sales associate, Howard who, at over 90 years old, responded to each email with just one-word answers. He stated that my scratch was not three inches long and, therefore, not covered by the policy. However, I was never provided with an actual copy of the care package policy only a single sheet of paper. Since then, I have tried multiple times to follow up, but my calls and emails are now being ignored. As a new Acura customer, this experience is extremely disappointing and concerning.
