Normally I would not leave any feedback, but this is really unacceptable.
I read all the reviews from here and had a very good expectation about Dr. Frank Farrell since many reviews are positive. I called the doctor office since March, 2020 and confirmed from the assistant, who is assigned specifically to Dr. Frank, that the first office visit was $279, and with the procedure, it would be additional $369. She told me Dr. Frank could do it in one visit, and all the follow up procedures would be included in that price. Moreover, she also told me even if Dr. Frank needed to remove three things from one procedure, I would only need to pay the total of $648.
I called and confirmed with this same assistant about five times from March to June, but due to the COVID-19, Dr. Frank could not see me face to face and perform the procedure. She told me to call back on Aug 1, 2020 to see if the office can accept office visit at that point.
I called on Aug 3, 2020, and left a voicemail. A lady called Natalie called me back and claimed that she is the account manager. She told me further that all the pricing the assistant told me was not correct. She gave me a new price, which include $270 for the first telecom visit, but need to pay $400 each time including the follow up. She told me the procedure usually has four steps, which means $400 x 4 = $1600. Moreover, if I need to remove three things from the procedure, I need to pay $400 each time as well. So, even if I only need remove one thing, I already need to pay $1600 plus the $270 telecom visit. She said I would be lucky if I pay less than $2000. If there are three things I need to remove, it would be around $5070. That is totally different than what I was told and expected. Usually people would honor what they promised if they made a mistake, and I have waited for six months only to be treated like that. TOTAL SCAM.
Not only that, she was very rude and impatient. I tried to confirm with her about the pricing, but she tried to avoid to answer that. I needed to ask her couple times, but then she said I kept asking and yelled at me. She even asked me to find another doctor.
If I were the owner of this office, I would have fired her already, since she has no respect to the patient, and also tells patient to visit other doctors. That is a very rude attitude and behavior.
I highly recommend NOT to visit this office! I can imagine that if you visit this office, you will have a hard time to argue the bill later on. I write this so other people would be aware of what it does. read more
