They will tell you something first and charge you a different amount for extra treatment after, no matter you want it or not, no matter you get treatment or not, they will charge you!! If you don't pay they give your bill to collections!! It happened on me already please don't be the next one. They already messed up my credit score unless I pay for a treatment which I never got!! I hope this message will help you guys. But at same time I know that most patients there are old and innocent and that's why they ripped off people. I spoke with front desk Mrs Barbara today, she is a very nice lady, she listened the whole situation from me and try to do the best to help me, but this hospital won't fix their mistakes and insist to charge me for a treatment which I never got. She told me she is doing her job and there is nothing else more that she can do. This place sucks for real, I told her a great example that imagine you are coming to my store to shop, I told you 400$ first then charge you 800 later. If you don't pay me I will give your bill to collection. Easy money so nice. This is what happened on me I hope nobody goes to this place and be set up like me.

I went to an appointment with her once, and this guy was a COMPLETE ASSHOLE. He is passive-aggressive (emphasis on the aggressive), doesn't know what he's talking about (he tried to tell my mom that she didn't have Gastroparesis, even though he is not a GI doctor; even after he spoke to my mom's GI doctor, he still thought she could "cure" her Gastroparesis by doing things SHE ALREADY DOES). He comes up with these bizarre ideas, and won't let them go. I just moved back to Rome recently, and have a hard time finding a physician. I have a chronic illness that require I take medication, so I was going to go see Dr. Pittman to get my prescriptions until I found someone better. I went to his office and spent 30-45 minutes filling out paperwork. They told me it would be a week or two before they would call me and give me an appointment; two days later they called me and told me Dr. Pittman had rejected my application "at this time." I did not do anything to warrant my application being rejected. When his staff called, they wouldn't tell me why they had rejected me. If you want a good physician who will listen to you and work with you (and generally be a decent human being), THIS IS NOT THE DOCTOR FOR YOU.

Their intake contact Jaimy lied about the level of contact we would have both with my partner and the team in charge of their care. This added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. Despite what you are told at intake, you will get no more than 15 minutes a day to talk to your loved one and they are in a VERY public space with a ton of background noise that makes it difficult to communicate. You will also NOT have regular contact with their care team. They are concerned with the home environment the patient will return to but have very little compassion for the family and do not seem to have a grasp that life outside of the facility does not get put on hold. Know going in that despite what you are told, you will have little contact with your loved one, minimal updates about their progress and care, and might hear from their care team once over the course of 4wks. Being informed of this ahead of time might help others manage a difficult situation - especially if there are children involved. It would have been a much better experience for everyone if they had been clear on the realities of the expected communication from the start.

From the very first phone call with Ashley to every staff member across all disciplines--on every shift, weekday and weekend, day and night--each person demonstrated outstanding kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. My 25-year-old son, who had no prior mental health history, began experiencing troubling thoughts and was later diagnosed with Type 2 Bipolar Disorder. Throughout his stay, he was cared for in a truly nonjudgmental and supportive environment. When I picked him up from the facility, he said something I will never forget: "This place truly saved my life." For that, my family and I will be forever thankful. Even after his discharge, the continued care, follow-up calls, and sincere concern from the staff have been deeply reassuring. The team's dedication to ensuring continuity of care--through multiple resources and at various levels--speaks volumes about the quality and integrity of Red Top Wellness Center. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping our son and for giving our family hope again. Sincerely, A Forever Grateful Mom

I read that the overgrowth can go systemic, into the bloodstream and into organs. I never mentioned in my original post that I had recently had a horrible sore throat that seemed to go into my esophagus - never had anything like this before - and it wasn't going completely away. Trouble swallowing. Medical doctor did bloodwork and I was negative for Covid antibodies. I am convinced that the patch in my lung is from the candida, which can cause pneumonia. In addition I do not want to take anti-fungal drugs so I am following a strict protocol of attempting to eliminate the overgrowth. Dr. Jim told me the foods I was allowed to eat and that it could take a number of weeks to get my body back to where it should be. So I am sticking this out because he said: "If you think what you have now is bad, it's only going to get worse if you don't stop it." In addition, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jim Di Blasi. The office is completely safe for Covid-19 and they follow protocol. And the office has a very pleasant atmosphere.

They sent me a text, asking to call when I got there because they weren't allowing patients in the waiting room. Great! I called when I got there & during the time I was waiting in my car, I saw at least 3 women park, get out of the car, & go in without a call. When we got inside, my appointment was rushed. I didn't have enough time to even finish two pages of paperwork before I was being called back. The Dr I saw, Dr Kenner, was very dismissive of any questions or concerns I had. Honestly she was very insulting when she refused to answer some of my questions & then told me she could "just tell I was one of THOSE people" (this is my first pregnancy. The question I asked was about a combined spinal block & epidural - she refused to answer. I then picked up a magazine in her office which explained to me what it was. My husband also made a comment about something on a poster in her office - which she said wasn't true information.... The ultrasound was very fast & I had no time to ask questions. Do not come here if you would like a holistic birth because I was informed I'd be confided to my back only, not allowed to eat, in the bed. Do any amount of research & you will see why this is a red flag. I came back for one more visit ONLY because it was already previously scheduled & I wanted to see the baby & get the blood work done. (She gave me no choice in the blood work, by the way) The ultrasound tech was much nicer than Dr Kenner, however she informed us of gender before 13 weeks, which is illegal in some places to tell gender that soon because it is far too early. I ended up getting a second opinion on the ultrasound & what she told us was a penis was not in fact a penis. I could go on & on about this place.... just avoid it.
