He walked us through our options, and when we found our house and it was time to lock in on interest rate, he checked with us and pounced -- saving us a lot of money. I had a fantastic experience working with Edmond and his team…read more The level of service I received was exceptional. Even though the deal ultimately unfolded in a way where we couldn't formally work together, Edmond still went above and beyond to help me. He brought an opportunity to me knowing there was no direct benefit to him, which speaks volumes about his integrity, professionalism, and genuine desire to see others succeed. I would absolutely refer Edmond to friends or family without hesitation. His knowledge, honesty, and client-first mindset truly set him apart. I would also gladly work with Edmond again in the future. What Edmond did best was providing thoughtful guidance, transparency, and support throughout the process--especially in a situation that didn't fit the traditional agent relationship. That level of selflessness is rare in this industry. Overall, I'm extremely grateful to have connected with Edmond and appreciate everything he's shared with me. If you're looking for a real estate professional who leads with integrity and puts people first, Edmond is someone you can trust.

We found Michael through Bigger Pockets and he helped us purchase our first investment property…read more His superior knowledge about the different Washington locations really helped us zero in on an amazing deal in the general Leavenworth area. Michael also got us in contact with a great mortgage broker and kept us informed and up to date through the closing process. Being a real estate investor himself, he had a lot of insight for us and went above and beyond by helping us set up for both short term and long term renting. It was our absolute pleasure working with Michael and we'll definitely be working with him again for any future property purchases!

He always heard our perspectives before sharing his own view point, offering suggestions and clarifications whenever possible. This made us feel understood and kept us on the same page. As it was our first time buying a home, Michael did a great job at educating us through every step of the process such as bidding, finding lenders, home inspections, etc. He was able to find information about other offers to ensure our offer was competitive. Thanks to his negotiation skills, we were able to get an offer accepted at $5K below listing price which is unheard of in hot Seattle market! He also stayed on top of everything during the home buying process, following up with seller's agent, title company, and various other parties involved in the transaction. Michael is very resourceful as well and has a great team comprising of lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc. We appreciate his proactive communication and he always made himself available for a quick Zoom call or to visit a hot home on short notice. As a real estate investor himself, he has a keen eye for details and potential investment angle on properties. For eg, we were able to find a home with 6 bedrooms, with a potential to carve out a 2 bedroom ADU from it. Michael is knowledgeable about such matters and can offer guidance about such opportunities for house hack as well. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Michael and we would highly recommend him to others!

Me and my husband were very lucky to work with Kyle and his team for our first home…read more Initially I contacted Kyle for a house that I was interested in seeing and turned out that he was a lender not seller. Since I didn't get pre-approved yet, I decided to work with Kyle and see what rates I could get. He talked to us over the phone and was being very nice. And for a huge loan like this, we had to make sure that our lender knows what he is talking about. Kyle has absolutely everything it takes to be an awesome, experienced and knowledgable lender. But of course, after talking and meeting with Kyle and Danny, we still contacted two other places to compare the interest rates. But no one could beat what Kyle offered. Oh and most importantly, Kyle was very open-minded about us contacting other lenders for the rates. The entire process was 100% transparent. On top of that, they were able to close in a very short period of time! During this entire process, Danny was my wikipedia. He was able to respond my text and email within an hour and we were always able to get our questions answered. I will definitely recommend Kyle and Danny to anyone!!

0/10 would not recommend…read more Myself and my partner attempted a refi that started 4 months ago. Despite all the promises and assurances that this would be easy, the process was anything but. Early on there was a lot of issues getting ahold of Shaun and getting a response in a timely manner and it got worse over time and ultimately ended up with no communication. Perhaps he just abandons and ignores his clients when he realizes he overpromised and will be unable to deliver? Overpromise and underdeliver seems to be what happens in transactions with Shaun. At the beginning it was "we just need you to do A, B and C and you'll be looking at a 30 day close". Well once A, B and C were done, we found out that "D" was also needed. Then once D was completed it was "oh now we need you to do 'E', and so on and so on. It never ended. Once we thought we were finally at the end and Shaun was promising a close by the end of the following week, we spoke with the loan person and they said it was at least 3 weeks out. Ultimately after getting jerked around for 4 months, we finally made the call to move on and cancel our application. We never did hear back from Shaun, which really solidifies my belief that one he realizes that he's not getting anything out of the deal, he'll drop you like a hot potato and no longer answer or return your calls. All in all, after a terrible experience and a wasted 4 months, I absolutely would not recommend anyone to do business with either Shaun or CrossCountry. Save yourself the headache and hassles and look elsewhere.

In the past, we have worked with Mr Guerrero and had a positive experience. Four months ago we…read morestarted the process to refinance our home. This time our circumstances were not as simple as they've been in the past. First, Shaun assured us on multiple occasions that this would be simple, you'll skip a couple of payments, it will be all fine. You can get caught up. Instead, the process got longer and longer. We knew it was a tough loan , but we were told by Shaun repeatedly, you have an approval, you'll be signing docs within in a week, etc. This went on for three months. During the last month, Shaun has been extremely difficult to contact, ignores messages, does not respond for days if at all, and passes the buck to other people. Today we were FINALLY told by Gary J. at Alterra home loans that our loan would not pencil out. It's disappointing but at least someone was finally honest with us. We will not do business with Mr. Guerrero again, and would not recommend him to our friends or family.

Michael helped us between Oct and December 2020 for our first home purchase in Issaquah,…read moreWashington. As first time home buyers we did not understand the process, what to look for in a home, bidding clauses etc. Michael was very patient in helping us understand the process as well as taking time out to tour multiple houses. He was also very flexible while preparing offers and was willing to accommodate late night meetings to walk me through the bid/clauses during weekdays when my day was busy with work. We saw ~20+ high quality homes, which were filtered to our likes/budget by Michael before visits and grouped together so we would have to spend less time and visit high quality choices. Michael also shared the overview in print outs at the start of each visit and via mail prior so we could prepare ourselves for the day and do some prior research. Thanks to all his efforts, we had a fantastic home buying experience. Before meeting Michael, we were about to buy a townhome but thanks to all the visits we ended up getting our dream home in Issaquah highlands. Michael helped us through multiple bids including a home where we had a successful offer but later rescinded due to findings from the inspection. During the closing of the home in Issaquah Highlands, Michael took the trouble of finding a better loan offer than what I currently had and worked to find a leasing agent who would accept RSUs as income. Last but not the least, Michael had great leads and tips on furnishing the house post closing which definitely helped us furnish the home better and faster. Overall, I would definitely recommend Michael for his due diligence, patience and amazing inputs for anyone looking to buy/sell homes in Washington.
