My husband and I just recently bought our second home and let me tell you our first home buying experience wasn't the greatest in the world. There was a lot of paperwork at the end and it took the Loan Officers forever it seemed like to get anything accomplished along with buying the wrong home from the wrong company. My husband and I were very skeptical of Realtors and Loan Officers it took us 3 years and a lot of realtors along with Loan Officers from various companies and a lot of leg work looking at so many different homes. So to say the least we came to this company through our Realtor and we came with the same attitude that we may not like this company either. But as we were going through the home buying process our Loan Officer was the greatest he was always informative, intelligent and on top of everything. He was always in touch with us via e-mail or by phone he would get right back to us to let us know what was going on. In fact we actually signed certain papers early unlike our first company so by the closing date there wasn't too many papers to sign. This company is very professional and willing to answer any questions you may have and make sure you know exactly what is going on.
