Love that. Also, they now accept credit cards- woohoo! That was a challenge for me previously as I don't carry cash. Friends of mine turned me onto the Grinder which normally I'd be meh about- it was epic! The pizza- we ordered a white sausage/pepperoni with capicola and it was perfection!!! Wow! The location, just off Broadway, has indoor seating as well if you choose to dine in. I believe I met the owner while I was picking up, told him it was my first time at this location and he had such a happy demeanor and assured me I chose well and he hoped I'll be back! Extra bonus love for the super friendly- especially as he was multi tasking and they were busy! I feel both locations of Capo's are awesome, but this one is sincerely a gem.

The service is also amazing. They're always so warm and kind. We have been there a few times and have had nothing but delicious meals. One time they had a bruschetta sampler that was fantastic. I wish they'd have it again. I've had the gnocchi Gorgonzola and it was good but not as flavorful as I would have liked. I much prefer the tortellini. Love the red sauce and the pasta is soft and delicious. My cousins also like the chicken Parmesan. Anything is delicious. Next time, I'm going to try something else. It's so great to have such an authentic restaurant in the area.

A super small and intimate space, it is really fun to watch Alessandro perfect his craft in such a small kitchen...honestly it is amazing! Service was very pleasant and attentive, although meal prep time is longer than normal due to the unique nature of this restaurant...but trust me, it is worth the wait! We each started with a small house salad while we sipped our wine and munched on fresh bread. Then came the calamari, served in a small bowl of herbed rich tomato-based broth with chunks of crusty bread for sopping up the delicious sauce. For my main dish, I chose one of the nightly specials which was veal osso buco. It was so meaty, so rich and full of flavor that it was hard to put my fork down! Everyone around the table raved about their meal choice, and we all left with full bellies and smiles on our faces.
