We showed up on-time and the owner was cutting someone else's hair. He was running late but to us it was no big deal. When he was done he proceeded to tell me that my kids haircut takes too long. That he wants to use a buzzer instead of scissors. My son is a 5 year old with special needs which he knows because he has cut my sons hair before, and knows that he cant use the buzzer because he is sensitive to it and it scares him. He was extremely rude and not understanding at all. We left because my son was so upset from the conversation, and never got his haircut. If you have children I would suggest not using this Business to get your kids hair cut, as it might take too long.... He is not sensitive to children with special needs. So sad. If i could put zero stars I would.
