She was great to work with, always making sure she understood my vision. She was super communicative and detail-oriented, too! We spoke a few times in the weeks leading up to the wedding, just to make sure I would be happy with all of the flowers and colors she had planned to use, and even sent me pictures so I could get a better visual! I felt I could be honest about my opinions, and if there was something that wasn't quite right, Beatriz was able to find an even better solution. When we saw the finished products on our wedding day, we were so happy with how everything turned out. My bridal bouquet was everything I had imagined and more! And all of the bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, arrangements, etc. turned out amazing as well. We had set a budget for ourselves for the florist, but Beatriz's prices came out to be much lower than we had anticipated, which we were not expecting based on the quality of her work. I cannot say enough great things about her and her services!! We highly recommend her for all of your floral needs!

He cancelled on a meeting due to weather and rescheduled, we had to reschedule he was upset. He had a very dismissive attitude and not easy to deal with after the deposit was made. We got in a little bit of a crunch on time and we decided on the type of flowers finally and he said "you're going to get Downtown LA flowers" we got into a full blown argument over the phone shouting and talking over each other. His business etiquette needs a lot of help. This is the most important day for people and once you give him a deposit he runs up the rudeness to 100%. At first he seems ok, but it defiantly changed. In the end the wedding arrangements came out ok. That's why he's getting 2 stars.

During our in person visit, he was also meticulous in helping us better understand what our options were for vases and table scapes - certainly not an easy feat given how picky I am. The day of the wedding, Ricardo sent me previews of my wedding bouquet, making sure it was exactly how I hoped it would look before the flowers were delivered to the venue. Throughout the entire process, Ricardo assured me that he and his team would take care of everything, and that I wouldn't have anything to worry about during the wedding day. This was 100% true and our florals turned out exactly how I envisioned they would and more! Would highly recommend reaching out to him and the Irises Design team for any floral needs.

I cannot recommend Zoey and her team enough--they were truly one of the highlights of our wedding!…read more I actually changed my floral concept pretty last minute because I realized the original design I had shared didn't fully capture the artsy, classy, and elegant vibe I wanted. I was a little nervous about making such a big change so close to the wedding, but Zoey handled it flawlessly. After I communicated my updated vision, she understood it immediately and pivoted so quickly--it honestly felt effortless. What she delivered was exactly what I had in mind, but even better!! The table scape mock-up completely blew both my husband and me away--we didn't request a single change. It was perfect from the start. On top of that, Zoey elevated my original concept by incorporating thoughtful details like candle décor and more refined table runners that tied everything together beautifully. She has such a strong artistic eye and knows how to take an idea and transform it into something truly elegant and cohesive. What impressed me most is how versatile and talented she is--she can execute across different styles while still making everything feel elevated and intentional. You can really trust her creative direction. And the absolute best part: I didn't want the flowers to go to waste after the wedding, and Zoey went above and beyond by staying and transforming the arrangements into "to-go" florals for guests. That extra care meant so much to us and our loved ones. Zoey and her team are incredibly talented, thoughtful, and professional. Truly impressive from start to finish--I'm so grateful we had her as our florist! Thank you again Zoey and team!
