After Maria confirmed the appointment with us, she scheduled a FaceTime, which was kinda different, but I felt very professional. She spoke to us about her process, asked some questions about us to get to know us so she can make the experience as comfortable as possible for us, and provided an estimation time of when we can expect to receive the photos after our photo session. She was very kind, friendly, professional, and ultimately made our photo shoot a great experience.
