So Happy that Corona florist was able to Deliver these beautiful flowers to our mom on Thanksgiving Day. I originally ordered flowers through 1800flowers for same day delivery, the day before Thanksgiving. I placed my order before the cut off time for same day delivery but got a call that the florist couldn't fill my order. After calling other local florist that couldn't help, I sent a text to Corona Florist (951) 389-8178 They texted me back that I could order the flowers on their website and they would be able to deliver them for me the morning of Thanksgiving. So incredibly thankful for this florist and the arrangement was so beautiful. Mom loved them! We will definitely be using Corona Florist for all of her future flower orders. Thank you! read more

Wow! I am so impressed with Corona Florist. I ordered flowers in the morning and they were delivered same day (before 2pm). And not to mention, they are stunning! They look exactly like the picture I picked out online. Once they were delivered they send me a photo of the flowers at the door step. The ordering process was seamless and easy. The communication was also unmatched. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend. read more

I ordered flowers for my wife (for a sad occasion); the flowers were delivered on Thursday and were dead by Saturday... After calling them for multiple days to speak with someone, trying to get a replacement, no one would answer and no one would call me back. I followed up with an email as well, and as expected, no reply back. $100 flowers that last a day and a half... horrible product and even worse customer service. read more

Searched online for a florist next to my friend's house. Found Corona Florist, placed an order, selected a delivered date for future, time frame and done. The day of the delivery they sent me a text message of the bouquet my friend's family were receiving. And it was perfect. I got what I paid for. Nothing cheap looking like the type you would find at your local Albertson's that's for sure. Support your local businesses. read more

Their website has beautiful flowers, but the recipient will most likely get something similar to the picture on the website not the flowers pictured. After the order was placed, an order number was provided at the end of the transaction, however I never received an email confirmation as stated. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the order number. I called twice the following day to confirm my order and delivery but I couldn't get through, the phone kept ringing and the voicemail box was full. Finally on the delivery day, I text the number provided on the website and received a response fairly quickly like the website stated. I was able to get an update but I thought it would have been better for them to at least send some sort of update during the process like Edible Arraignments does. Overall all it was an okay experience and was just relieved the flowers were delivered. I probably wouldn't order from here again based on the lack of communication from this business. read more

I contacted Corona Florist via phone to have some flowers sent to my grandma. I like using local florist to where I am sending the flowers because a lot of times the flowers are fresher and no risk of issues with boxed FedEx delivery. This florist is in an older shopping center in Corona, surrounded by residential neighborhoods. I was not physically there so cannot speak to cleaniless or upkeep. The woman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpfully. I described what type of colors and what flowers are in season. I left rest to the florist. We discussed price and left it in their hands to put something nice together. It was delivered on time and looked nice when I saw it 5 days later. Overall, I was happy with service and would use them again if I had to get flowers in the Corona area. read more

Thank you SO much to the wonderful people at Corona florist for saving the day!!! After a very bad experience this morning ordering from 1800flowers online in which they messed up and were unable to deliver same day as promised, I canceled it and ordered directly from Corona. The people were friendly, the flowers were gorgeous, and they really made my friend's day. I was sending these to a friend who suffered a sudden, tragic loss and I needed same day delivery. Despite reaching out to them mid afternoon they made it happen within 2 hours and I'm so grateful! The flowers were spectacular. Thank you again! read more

I love the fact they personally sent me a text with a picture of the bouquet when it arrived. Thanks guys!

Corona Florist has been a staple in our community for many years. The reason for that is because of their excellent customer service. For example, I went in there just as they are closing because one of my friends had just had a relative pass away, and to cheer them up and show them my sympathy, I wanted to send them some flowers. However, because of my hectic schedule I wasn't able to deliver them myself, and without hesitation the owner said they would deliver the bouquet for me. Remember they were just about to close and shut down for the day, and they still made this delivery for me. I was blown away with type of customer service, and that they would do that even though they didn't have to because they were closing soon. I'll be coming back again just because of today. Thank you Corona Florist! read more

I called Corona Florist because my wife was having a baby shower in Corona and I wanted to surprise her with some nice flowers. I called the shop and rather than trying to work out what I wanted or what my wife liked, the receptionist immediately pushed me onto the website... I found an arrangement that looked nice so I placed the order online. During the order process they give you an option to upgrade the amount of flowers in the arrangement. I decided to spring for the the additional $10 fora deluxe arrangement. All and all it ended up being $80+ to get the flowers delivered... When my wife brought the flowers home, I couldn't believe how small the arrangement was and some of the flowers looked like they were very close to dying... Even worse, they called the house and when my wife answered the phone, they spilled the beans on the surprise. Wouldn't buy from here again! read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Where do I start. We used them for our wedding flowers. From the begining we had to literally go line by line on the order as they did not take the order down correctly and then when they had the order correctly, the charges were in correct. We had to do the math for them. The day of wedding, I recieve a call from the driver three hours ahead of time asking for directions to the venue. I couldn't believe it! It's in the same city no more then 10 miles away. The flowers were still delivered late from the agreed time, even after getting a call three hours ahead of time. The order was incomplete and most of the flowers looked awful. We called to let them know of the incomplete order. We were rudely told that it was not in the order and that we would have to drive to pick them up (why would we have to drive to pick them up if it wasn't in the order? We knew what we order since we went line by line the first time.). By this time it was an hour to the wedding ceremony to begin. Most of the flowers were not fresh at all. Most of them didn't last the evening. In our attempts to correct this and bring this to the managers attention we were told she was on vacation and that there was absolutley no one who can help us. Three weeks after we finally got a hold of her and she was rude as can be. She stated the blame was on us and only offered to refund us $7. What an insult. It doesn't surprise me that has other bad reviews. If possible I would rate this place negatiave five stars. read more

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!! They totally screwed up the delivery of the flowers I had sent to my wife's work and she never got them!! I never get upset, but OMG!!! I should have gone on Yelp and checked out all the negative reviews before giving them my money to screw everything up!! read more

Flowers delivered within an hour or two. Florist sent me pictures to notify me of their delivery. Great service, would highly recommend.

If I could rate this florist a 0 I would!!! Horrible costumer service! My husband placed an order for roses to be delivered for Valentines Day with special instructions. They were to be delivered to my son's teacher at his school so that when I arrived to his class party tomorrow I would be surprised by my son holding these flowers from his daddy who is currently deployed in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, the surprise was ruined thanks to Christy and her staff. She failed to forward the instructions to the driver who then delivered the flowers to the school office. The office clerk then called me to let me know that I had received a delivery from my husband and my flowers would be in the office for me for pick up. WHAT!? That was thought. My husband tried calling from Afghanistan to speak to them about the entire situation, because he couldn't understand what went wrong. I then called and spoke to the Manager, Norma or Christy was her name. From the moment she said hello I could tell she was not happy. To my surprise her apologies were not sincere; she was defensive during the entire phone call. I asked for a full a refund and of course said no and she continued to blame the driver, still not taking full responsibility for their error. She even said "I told your husband I could send you some chocolates"...Really? Don't get me wrong, I understand mistakes happen, but when the customer is paying a pretty penny (cause we all know how expensive roses are on this day), not to mention a million miles apart from your spouse, you expect stellar service and yes even if it's the busiest day of the day for them. I hope the flowers are beautiful at least, but sadly that won't even matter no more...Thanks Corona Florist and Happy Vday to you too. read more
