Mold in the arrangement. Dirty water. And dying/damaged flowers. For this Valentine's day my partner ordered a tulips arrangement for pick up. When the pick up order was ready, the email they sent to my partner had strange wording which made them think that the order had been picked up. This led to my partner believing that the flowers had been picked up by someone else (stolen). My partner had to call the store and ask them to confirm if the order was still there, which it was. When I received the tulips, I was happy. However, as you can see from the photos, the water was murky, and when I removed the flowers in order to clean the vase and replace the water, I found mold. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The area of mold was also touching the water, meaning it would have spread to the rest of the arrangement. Definitely disappointing and I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone I know.
This was our second experience with Flowers For You. We are local to area and have always seen their inviting banners and cozy exterior of their shop. Entering inside, it felt like you were in a florist's haven. The staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. You could sense their passion for their craft, even if it were to just get a graduation lei. Recently, I called them and was greeted with the store owner, Robin. I requested anniversary flowers for my wife to be delivered. She asked all the right, pertinent questions and offered a range of pricing. I chose a more elaborate display and went the higher range, hinting to just surprise my wife with her choices outside her favorite flower- sunflower. I mentioned for next day and a particular time. Sure enough, they were hand-delivered timely and left by the door, at my consent, since my wife was away. The bouquet did not disappoint as you can see in the photo. It was crafted with intent, care and desire for appreciation. My wife loved them! Even the handwritten note was made with spirited penmanship and all the details I gave over the phone were incorporated. Couldn't thank enough Robin and her team for creating a beautiful experience on our anniversary. We'll be supporting her business each occasion we have!
Robyn did a beautiful job for my daughter's wedding! From the bouquets, corsages, flower curtain, aisle flowers, decorative flowers everywhere and exactly what we requested. I wouldn't think to go anywhere for flowers except Flowers 4 You! Fun fact, Robyn did the flowers for my wedding 30 years ago too! She is so kind, responsive, affordable and most importantly she listens! We had so many compliments on the flowers! Even the staff at the Pala Mesa Resort said the flowers were amazing! That says a lot for a wedding venue to comment!
Five years of beautiful arrangements. Robin always comes through and delivers her amazing world on such a special day. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful flowers.
Growing of love: Robin always does a beautiful job with floral arrangements. She designed succulent planter boxes for my wedding. Guests were able to take them home. Many still have them growing in their back yards.
Called the day before prom and was able to order a corsage and boutonniere combo, which was ready for pick up by the next morning. Lady who I spoke with was very helpful- she even asked me to text a pic of the girl's prom dress so that they could match the ribbon color. The flowers were fresh and arranged nicely and simply but in a classy way. I only took away one star because I dont think they actually make the corsage designs featured on the website. They just ask what color flowers you want, then whip it up. Would have wanted maybe more variety as far as mixed flower options or maybe a little more additions to make it fancier. Overall, happy with what we got on short notice and will gladly recommend :)
Always gorgeous flowers arrangements from Robin! I called last minute and she made it happen!! The best! Greatly appreciated! Reasonably priced and beautiful! Always ready for me at pick up! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you for my daughter's lovely corsage for Prom! 2024 :)
Beautiful!! This was my first time ordering from Flowers For You. I wanted to support a florist local to my mama for Mother's Day. I picked designer's choice and they did a wonderful job. Thank you!!
Robin's professionalism, integrity, and patience are absolutely unparalleled. She truly values customer satisfaction and it is more than apparent that it is her highest priority. She is incredibly accessible and prompt with her responses. It was a pleasure working with her for our event and I greatly appreciated how thoughtful she was in preparing our flowers. It was quite evident she made her greatest effort to tailor her design to our requests and specifications. We paid $97.86 for our boutonnière and bouquet which had a $10 service charge because it was the week of a holiday. Her flowers are extremely reasonably priced and I could not be more appreciative. Thank you for all your time and efforts to make our photoshoot special.
My son ordered and paid for my flowers to be delivered on my birthday. They never came and the worse part was that I had taken the day off and came in and waited until 5pm. A completely wasted day. My son called first thing Monday morning and they said they had a glitch in the system and delivered a gorgeous bouquet by 9am. So
Ordered an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary and it came out beautiful! Thank you Robin.
This wreath was everything we wanted and more. It was so incredibly beautiful and fitting for my mom. I would suggest them for any occasion!
Extremely helpful and polite. I called with an idea and they helped me bring the imagination to life. These were beautiful flowers and at a reasonable price. I'll be coming back here again and again.

It's times like these I wish my husband was more aware of yelp and reviews.. today I had a delivery for Valentine's Day. This morning I was gifted a heavy vase arrangement with 2 balloons. At first glance, it was beautiful. But once I set it on my table and really looked at it.. the water was dirty and had leaves floating it(immediately I cleaned it out). A lot of the red roses were already welted and falling over. I love the thought from my husband and I'm genuinely curious how much he spent on this arrangement because the quality wasn't worth more than $50 ! IF THAT. After reading their reviews I had to let the next person know. Don't pick this flower shop. I'd honestly be happy with a pre arranged one from Trader Joe's. read more

Terrible arrangement and not what I ordered. Had a plastic succulent in a plastic pot taped to a real stem and inserted. Four carnations and 4 roses and filler. Do not use this company. read more

If I could give Robin and Flowers for You a 10 start rating I would give 11. Robin went above and beyond for our wedding. Communication was amazing. Her flexibility was beyond anything I have experienced with any business. Weddings are a "one and done" event. You get no "do-overs" and she went out of her way to create everything I shared with her I wanted AND did even more...and was most reasonable with her fees. I cannot recommend her enough. She was referred to me by a friend who had just gotten married and Robin was the florist for her wedding. I sent Robin pictures of my desire for flowers and she worked with me from the start. If you're getting married, do not look further...Robin will get it done! I live in Rancho, she's in Riverside, and she did not hesitate to travel to Rancho Cucamonga to meet with me. Book her ASAP for your wedding. She's punctual, and her work ethic is gold! You will not fine another like her! Thank you, Robin. read more

Robin at Flowers For You is an artist when it comes to designing floral arrangements. She listened carefully to what I wanted for my husband's memorial service and suggested flowers that were non allergenic. The arrangements turned out beautiful. I was so pleased with everything from the service to the end result. Thank you!!!! read more

This morning, I got the news the my niece's cat got hit by a car and since I reside in Orange County, I wanted to send my niece something to cheer her up. I saw a few "cat arrangements" online, but I wanted something more custom and not just go by the pictures. So, I randomly called this shop and spoke to Mercedes. She was so helpful and personable over the phone and attended to my requests. She made me feel reassured that she will let the designer know what I wanted. The arrangement was done in a timely manner as promised and she even sent me a picture. I was so pleased and they even added a "halo" on top of the cat arrangement. I cannot wait for my niece to see when she gets home from school. I recommend this shop and top it off, I saved more money calling here directly. Thank you Mercedes for your help and Cassaundra for a beautiful design. read more

1 star review. I spent almost $500 to be delivered yesterday. I spent an hour on the phone to only be refunded $9 and just upgraded a couple flowers to a bigger size and to be delivered 3 days later than what I had paid and that's with them saying they think it will because they can't get a hold of the shop. It's not worth the hassle. I'd recommend going somewhere else and even the flowers they did delivere had absolutely no water in the vase. I can understand if it had a little bit because of the drive but there was none at all. read more
