    Just received an arrangement from here this evening. Literally was just delivered to our house about an hour ago and most of the flowers are drooping or are already dead. I don't have the heart to let the person who sent them to me know but I would like the business to know that I feel this is unacceptable. I'm sure good money was spent on this piece and the vase. The majority of the pieces are old, wilted, missing half of the petals, bruised. It's just sad. Beautifully arranged but not with any heart. ***Update*** They sent more flowers today which I'm assuming are to replace the previous ones and these are beautiful. This is how the arrangement should have come in the first place. Thank you. I will leave it at 4 stars for the replacement. Could have been 5 if it was right the first time. Thank you for correcting it.

    I ordered flowers online through 1-800 flowers and this was the shop that my order was sent to. The arrangement that I had ordered came in three sizes, small, medium, and large, I ordered the large. Well my best friend received her flowers and I was sent a picture of the arrangement by her mom thanking me, but I had to do a double take. The arrangement was so small. Like 1/3 the size it should be. I called the florist to ask them about the arrangement that was sent.I spoke to the owner and told her that my order was not correct and the arrangement I ordered was much larger. She responded saying that the picture isn't a good representation as it's just a picture and that it's not going to look exactly like the picture. I told her that wasn't the problem. The issue was it wasn't the size I ordered. I paid $160 for flowers and got something that cost maybe $40. She said that if the $160 she only sees $120 because the third party takes cut. I replied explaining the issue was the size of the arrangement. She said she would make it right try to get her the correct order the following day. I explained that my friend had just lost her baby and that she would be leaving out of town that following day to go be with her mom and that the time frame wouldn't work as she would be gone. She was nice enough to call a delivery driver and make accommodations to get her the large arrangement that same day to make sure she got the correct size. She expressed that on her end it said I only ordered a standard size. This made no sense as there wasn't even an option for a standard size, again, it was small, medium, and large. She said she could do the correct arrangement and "exchange" them to make things right. They pink rose was no longer available and offered me a two-tone rose instead, which I really didn't care for but was willing to accept it as I just wanted my friend to get what I ordered. This is when things really started to escalate. The delivery driver arrived and knocks on the door. They hand my friend the flowers and she said thank you and went to close the door, the driver said "excuse me, wait, I need the other flowers back" My friend called me and told me that the flowers were delivered (I warned her ahead of time they would be coming back by) but then she followed up with them asking for the other flowers back, and expressed how awkward it was. Wait what???? I couldn't believe it! When she said exchange, she really meant exchange. This was an error on the florist and to show up and ask my friend for her flowers back is insanely tacky and tad less.Called back and told the owner that I couldn't believe they showed up there and asked for the other flowers back knowing what my friend had just went through when the error was on their end. Me: " I can't believe you just delivered those flowers and asked for the other one back, that is insanely tacky..." Florist: "I said I would exchange them" Me: "when you said exchange I didn't really think you were going to ask for the other flowers back, this was a mistake on your end not mine. I just wanted to send my friend flowers and now it's awkward." Florist: I'm running a small business not a corporation so every flower needs to be accounted for." Me: "You gotta know when to take a loss." Florist: "you can't go off the picture on the website as it'll look a little different." Me: " again it's not that the arrangement was incorrect as far as the flowers, it was the wrong size. It was 1:3 the size it should of been." Florist: " Looking at the picture and expecting it to look exactly like the picture isn't how it works. When you go to McDonalds and order a Cheese burger does it look exactly like the picture?" (Yes she literally had the audacity to say this) Me: " R you comparing a bouquet of flower to a McDonald's cheese burger ?" Florist: "what is it that you would like me to do?" Me: " I don't even know at this point. I just think it's extremely tacky that you took the flowers!" Florist: "you expect me to leave the flowers? You are just trying to take advantage of the situation." Anyways you get the gist of where this going... it went back and forth, back and forth until... Florist: " would you like me to cancel the order?" Me: "so what you can send a driver back and take those flowers back too?" Florist: "yes, I can have the driver go back now" What?!?!?!?!!? Omg lol! You have got to me kidding me! To wrap things up, the conversation ends like this... Florist: " I'd rather lose everything than to continue talking to you" I just hung up on her at that point. But back to the flowers. The new arrangement she sent still looks nothing like the "cheeseburger" I ordered. There are parts of the arrangement that aren't even there and they added soooo much green to fill spots. Also it looks like they quickly threw it together. After reading other reviews it's very clear this place is unethical and hides behind it's third party to deal in fraudulent activity.

    Patricia's Petals is the worst floral service ever. I ordered an arrangement that had a purple vase, lavender roses and purple filler flowers. The arrangement was called "Blushing Love". I have posted a picture of the arrangement from the website and a picture of what they delivered. You be the judge, Do they look the same to you? Then when I contacted them it was nothing but the run around and "send us an email", which I did several times only having to follow up with a call after call due to being cut off while waiting on the line. Finally I got a refund less $15, for a service fee of some sort. This was the very time consuming and exhausting transaction and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will never do business with them again,

    I am in a convalescent home and my friend sent me flowers from here for my birthday. The arrangement was to include the carnation puppy dog. Although the arrangement and the balloon were nice, it didn't compare to the arrangement she sent me in early December that came from a different florist. The arrangement from this florist shop appeared hastily made and contained mostly fillers. It arrived in what appeared to be a dog bed basket with the front of the plastic flower "bowl" showing. It only required a large bow to hide it. It looks as tho they made it as cheaply as possible and barely managed to get the "face" on the dog.

    This place is an absolute rip-off. I placed the order ($65) through a online service that contracts local florists to fill orders and deliver. The florist basically used whatever leftover flowers they had and through them in a vase. The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement that I purchased online. I will never use this florist again and I will let the online service know how displeased I am.

    We waited until the last minute to order corsage and boutonnière for homecoming I came Friday afternoon and needed it next day. Ana took the time to show me what flowers and ribbons she had to make 2 sets of matching g corsages and boutonnières. They are gorgeous and Don't get much fresher than that. I grateful for the last minute service.

    Best Place I've ever bought flowers from in Riverside! I usually go to a small shop in Corona but I found out they were closed. I tried many other shops were the sales people were rude and short tempered (because of Mother's Day weekend I guess) but not here! I was assisted as soon as I walked in and showed various arrangements so that I could pick one that was to my liking.

    So I made it to The big "50!" My niece over an hour away and her family wanted to lift my spirits and sent me this absolutely adorable CAKE floral arrangement! I love it!! I just giggled like a child when I came home to this!! But sadly a couple days later the flowers were already dying. I know that surely they should last more than two days, this definitely was not a cheap arrangement! Flowers are like people though... you can't control how they're going to react. The weather has been sooo pleasant nice and cool and then BAM it was really hot on my birthday! I contacted Ana who had delivered the cake arrangement. With no questions asked she was apologetic and said they could not replace the original bouquet but would be able to bring me a new arrangement the next day. I figured it's the fall season so I said anything with fall colors would be appreciated and that I would be leaving by 12 noon. As promised the next day they delivered by 12 noon and with a beautiful Fall bouquet! That's great customer service and doing business with integrity! Thank you to "The Flower Shop."

    I would not recommend this shop when I walked in the girl was not friendly at all also will not make any flower arrangements under $30.00

I confirmed that they delivered to the residence halls at UCR, that delivery would be made that day, and that they understood the delivery procedures for the UCR residence halls. I added a cute Teddy Bear to my order. Tamara was professional, courteous, and made sure all my needs were met. They exceeded my expectations! My granddaughter was totally surprised and overjoyed. The Nature's Bliss arrangement was way better than what was shown in the pic on their website. Even the Teddy Bear was larger than expected. It's been my granddaughter's constant companion. We knew we needed flowers, and there were six florists to choose from. But we wanted to support our local community in Riverside, and The Natural of Things was a local favorite, owned by a mother and daughter. I reached out to the flower shop and spoke with Mandy. After sending her our inspiration wedding flower arrangement photos she was on it with the photos. My wedding was on December 20, 2025, which is winter, so I asked Mandy about spring flowers for my bouquets. I wanted peonies, roses, protea, ranunculus, hanging amaranthus, astilbe, hypericum, snapdragons, antique carnations, variegated ti leaf, nagi leaf, and camellia leaf. All the bouquets would be tied with a magenta silk ribbon, and I would have handles for the maid of honor and bridesmaids. For the groom, best man, groomsmen, and ushers, I wanted like lapel boutonnieres made with coordinating florals and botanicals, tied with a magenta silk ribbon handle. I asked Mandy for a lot, and she assured me she'd do her best to create the flowers for me. Throughout the process, Mandy kept us in the loop with clear communication. As the wedding date approached, she emailed us the proposal for our review. It was an impressive proposal, detailing the expected average weather temperature: 68 degrees (high) and 46 degrees (low) in December, along with the floral lists. It was so detailed and organized, it was amazing! On our wedding day, we arranged for the flowers to be delivered to our home. We met with Mandy and Dawn who were absolutely wonderful! They took the time to show us how to pin the lapel boutonnieres on our jackets. Plus, they were so careful to keep all the flowers in a separate vase of water. Dawn explained how I should hold my bouquets, and I have to say, my bouquets were heavy with all the beautiful magenta flowers and their lovely fragrance. When I handed out the flowers to my maid-of-honor and bridesmaids, they couldn't believe how beautiful they were--and the groom, best man, groomsmen, and ushers were just as impressed. My husband stated that the bouquet was supposed to have included an elegant arrangement of pastel roses which it DID NOT INCLUDE 1 rose; instead hideous carnations. I feel my husband was taken advantage of' as he ordered by phone and was not sent a picture of the bouquet delivered. He is an OTR trucker who was unable to be home to celebrate the holiday; but made an effort to show a kind gesture. We did not appreciate the quality or inappropriate selection of cheap sun flowers and carnations; nor do we think the value aligned with its price point. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Based on other customers photos along with my own, this florist's flower preference is sun flowers no matter the occasion. The florist made the cutest sunflower arrangement and they also delivered same day AND delivered yummy chocolate. I had a great experience with customer service, the florists did a great job creating this and they had incredibly well timed urgency. I will come back for my floral needs in the Riverside and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place.
