She evaluated him and said he didn't need to see her on a regular basis but that he did need to see someone who was an expert in the field so she referred him to one of the doctors in this practice (not sure which one) because they are nearer to where we live. I have had cataract surgery in both eyes so my exams are pretty routine and I see whoever is available. I have liked every doctor that I have seen and my husband really likes his doctor. We have been to both offices, the one in Abington and this one in Hatboro and we settled on the Hatboro office because we found the front desk staff to be more professional and efficient. We have never had any problems with the doctors or the staff. Recently we started using this office's optometry shop and the optometrist has been excellent! They recently expanded their selection of glasses and I had no trouble finding sunglasses and driving glasses that suited me. Some of the complaints here are beyond ridiculous!

Not much comfortable seating and crowded with people. They need to get a bigger space and more Doctors! I don't like going there.

Francis J. Clark, MD & Associates is an elite ophthalmology practice. Dr. Clark and his team of…read moreremarkable doctors, provide compassionate, detail-oriented and empathic service. From techs to other members of his medical staff, these exceptional individuals are consistently extraordinary, which I attribute to the exceptional leadership, and fine character of Dr. Clark. From the receptionists onward, everyone is cordial, professional, and personable. They utilize the latest technology for accurately, and thoroughly examining your eyes; it's truly amazing. The service is consistent highly professional, and the office, and equipment are clean, and sterile. There are few physicians I've ever encountered that are finer in the O ophthalmology field akin to Dr. Clark! He has remarkable communication, and people skills. With this combination of technology, knowledge, experience, effective, and efficient patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Clark & Associates.

Here is my experience starting April 2023 and ending Sept. 2023. I spent close to $400 on visits…read moreand prescription eye drops and was supposed to get glaucoma and cataract surgery. They delayed my ACN test for 1 month. Then after, they never called to schedule surgery. After I called several times, a week later they set up an appointment to fill out paperwork. The person was not in the office, and I had to drive another 1/2 hour to another office to meet with her. They then rescheduled surgery again because they set it up at the wrong surgical center which delayed it another month. I got my cataract clearance from GP. One week before the surgery the doctor called and said everything was a go. THE DAY BEFORE SURGERY, the office called and claimed they never received the clearance form from GP who I had to call and ask to send again. Then they called back to say surgery was cancelled as their office never did the proper paperwork to get the go-ahead from insurance. I had already started my eye-drops pre-surgery. They HUNG UP THE PHONE on me after saying "welcome to America where no one wants to work, you can ask your question 3 different ways and you'll get the same answer, now let me go do my work"...click. Hung up. I am out all of the money I spent on several visits and eye drops and now have to start all over again and find a new surgeon. And I am seeing double out of my right eye. No one has called to apologize and instead only offered excuses but no solutions. I've never had such an awful experience at a doctor's office and I have seen my husband through 10 operations over the years. I am so incredibly disappointed with this practice, I trusted the doctors and the staff to do the right thing, yet they did not. To be so dismissive and uncaring to people who are at their most vulnerable, needing surgery, is completely unforgivable. I do not recommend Opthalmology Physicians and Surgeons or their parent company ReFocus Eye Health - any of their branch offices - to anyone, ever. I am writing this so others won't have to experience the same blatant disregard for their health and well-being. Run away as fast as you can.

Recently I picked up my new glasses. From the moment I put them on I suspected there was a problem…read more They gave me severe double vision. The girl told me to wait and put them on the next day since I had been wearing my other glasses. I ignored that advice and put them on when I got home. After 4 hours of torture, I took them off. The next morning I tried again. I wore them for several hours, but had to change to my old prescription when I drove as the double vision made it unsafe. I called and was told to wear them for at least a week. I tried to explain how bad it was and that it was dangerous, but the sweet girl just kept saying, "I understand," and not inviting me to come in. After a couple more hours of hell, I looked closely at the lenses of my old vs new glasses and there was a definite difference. I called back, got another girl who this time gave me an appointment. When I arrived I got the same girl who helped me the previous day. She is the reason I am writing this review. Unfortunately, she never said her name. When I explained that I was having a serious problem seeing out of the glasses, her attitude became rude and dismissive. She said, "Weren't you just here yesterday?" in and angry tone. I explained how bad it was and tried to show her the difference in the lenses. I said, " There should be a prism in the lenses." She snapped at me, There IS a prism in them!" I held my ground while she searched her computer for what I do not know. She seemed intent on proving me wrong. I asked if there was a machine she could use to check the prescription and see if the prism was correct. She finally went back to look. Fortunately Glenn appeared at that point (if you go there, insist on having him help you with your glasses) after a while, she came back and told me Glenn said they were sending the glasses back to the lab. I asked if they had the prism in them and she replied (I kid you not!), "I don't know. I don't know how to check." The story has a happy ending. The glasses came back with obviously different lenses and I could instantly see out of them. I wore them driving home. But the way I was dismissed and disrespected has shaken my faith in this practice. I have had more glasses than years that girl has been alive. Eye glasses serve one purpose - to help you SEE. Brushing off a patient and telling them to wear glasses for "at least a week," is dangerous!
