I came here for my headpiece and jewelry when I was getting married. I also got a free pair of shoes with my headpiece purchase. Francine is such a nice lady, she has the most awesome eye and will tell you what looks good and what doesn't. She's very funny and gives the most wonderful advice. I highly recommend Francine's Bridal Experience to anyone who needs to get a communion dress for their daughter. Francine's offers a package deal that comes with everything you need for communion day including all jewelry, gloves, veil, tiara and the dress. Francine was very attentive to me, my daughter and mother in January when we came in. We were the only ones in the shop and she had a large selection of dresses to choose from that was in our price range. After trying on at least 6-7 dresses, my daughter picked her favorite. Francine then had her sit at a vanity and then decked her out with jewelry and her tiara and veil. My daughter felt very special as we were the only ones in the shop and all of the focus and attention was on her. Even with a pandemic, my daughters communion was delayed 3 more months and in this time she outgrew her dress. I called Francine with my concerns and without hesitation she immediately set up an appointment to exchange the dress for one that fits. I came here for my headpiece & jewelry when I was getting married. Francine & her daughter were extremely helpful and patient with me and really took the time to help me pick out exactly what I was looking for. With my purchase I was entitled to a free pair of shoes which I had already purchased at the bridal shop so they let me pick out a handbag for my wedding day instead. They were very professional & really have a knack for matching up jewelry and headpiece to your wedding gown. I highly reccomend this shop to anyone who is getting married. It's definetly pricey though, but I guess that's pretty common when it comes to spending for your wedding day. read more

I got a headpiece and a pair of earring from Francine's. I absolutely adore them. The woman who helped me out was helpful but a little pushy about getting a veil. I tried a few on just to see how I felt but I didn't like them and did not want one. She relented and all was good. That's when Francine came in and started asking if I was getting a veil. I told her no it was decided that I didn't want one and yes, I had tried a few on. She started asking me rather rude questions like is this my first wedding (I don't see how that has any impact on my personal choice) and telling me to consider what my fiance would think (despite me telling her that I, the customer, do not want the veil). She was so pushy and rude I considered leaving without purchasing the jewelry I had picked out. While I love my purchase I wouldn't recommend this store to a friend because of the way they made me feel during the experience. I sincerely hope they take this criticism to heart and change their sales tactics. read more

It was the best experience of my life, the owner took her time to help me figure out what I wanted because i had a certain style in mind and she matched it perfectly. I heard of Francine's from a bridal salon when I mentioned that I was having difficulty finding my bridal shoes. My mom and I were greeted warmly and asked if we wanted any help without any pushy sales. The store itself is as warm and inviting as Francine and her daughter. They helped me find the most comfortable shoes and even stayed open about an hour after their normal closing time to help me find the perfect veil and the most beautiful headpiece. Francine's is such a great place to get those special extras that you need for your wedding day. I purchased a beautiful 14K Gold bridal comb and a sparkly bracelet. Francine was extremely helpful and helped me find the best pieces. There is a really cute vanity area that you can sit at and Francine helps you find what looks great on you and what goes with your dress and your style. I was recommended to this store from a friend, when I arrived searching for a veil and head piece both women (mother and daughter) who work there came off extremely pushy. It was obvious to the people I was with that they wanted to make a sale and they wanted it to be an expensive one. After an hour of them playing with my hair and fitting me in veils and head pieces way above my price range I told them that none of what they were giving me was in my budget. It was only then they seemed to calm down a bit. They put an order in for my veil and headpiece and told me it would be in two weeks. Almost four weeks went by and I heard nothing from them, called left a voicemail heard nothing back until two days later when I called them again. The woman finally answered and told me she would call me back and let me know if the merchandise was is. She called back an hour later stating that everything was in. We drove 30 minutes out of our way to the store only to find out that my order was not in and wouldn't be in until the end of the week. The excuses started to fly around as to why it wasn't, " it's bridal month, we have a lot of Katie's, I'm giving you a good deal, take the floor sample, the floor sample is brand new, our factory closes down to make veils, the holidays just passed." Instead of just saying, I'm so sorry we messed up. We should have called you right back and told you it was the wrong order we had. The point being a simple call would have sufficed instead of lying and trying to prove there point about how right they were and how great they still were left me feeling sour about the experience I had with them. If you enjoy back handed, fake and over the top sales people who could care less about customer service then I would recommend this place. read more

Francine and Gina were so easy to work with and made everything so much fun! I went tonight with my mom to look for jewelry and possibly shoes for my wedding. Not only was I able to find everything that I needed, but my mom was able to find her jewelry as well! They made the experience so much fun and enjoyable, allowing me to try on everything. They even found a headpiece and veil similar to mine and dressed me up so I could see it all together with the jewelry. I can't say enough nice things about them and their store. Of all of the wonderful vendors that we dealt with along the way to the Big Day, Francine and her daughter Gina were my absolute favorites! They helped me to find shoes, a hair piece, veil and a garter and gifts for my flower girl and bridal party. They were pleasant, accommodating and patient and even ordered me 2 pairs of shoes to see which fit best and then allowed me to exchange my hair bling months after purchasing my original piece. They even steamed my veil and flower girl's basket 2 days before the wedding for free, and their prices are the best around. A friend of mine who was married 1 month prior to me stopped in 1 week before her wedding and left with everything she needed and she looked amazing! It is recommended to book an appointment with them especially for a Saturday. I cannot wait to visit them now that the wedding is over and show them pictures - I will miss having a reason to pop in now that I am married. I cannot recommend this shop enough! read more

So glad my Mom & I stopped in one afternoon. They were so kind & offered their professional opinion without pressure. They let me try on lots of jewelry & headpiece combinations! We ended up purchasing a hair vine, earrings, a bracelet, & veil! They accidentally ordered a different veil, but were very apologetic, and had the right one ordered with rush delivery.
