The service from Anna was the best. She has plenty of experience and lots of patience. She was not pushy at all, just the opposite. Anna even helped with suggesting some alterations for my dress to the seamstress. From start to finish she looked out for me the entire process. The seamstress's work was great. She made straps for my dress that matched perfectly. I was super comfortable in my dress and my mom even bought the "mother of the bride dress" here as well. BTW - the dress wasn't even expensive!

They also sell other party stuff like envelope boxes, purses and floral crowns. I got my daughter's floral crown for $20 there. I would definitely recommend her if you want affordable alternations. However, since I have big & heavy breast I wish she would of put cups in my dress. She said with boob tape my mom will be more elevated but i needed a little more support.

When we entered the store we were greeted immediately......with a smile and consideration......Akina was assigned to assist us and she was on point, informed, kind and professional. With her help within 2 hours we were able to assemble everything my daughter needed for her special day to make her feel prepared and beautiful. Akina followed my requests, subtly came up with suggestions, supplies us with several styles of gowns to choose from. The gown my daughter and I agreed on is (strapless simple yet gorgeous DB Studio), Betsy Johnson shoes, costume earrings and necklace set, flowing 6 foot veil and located stunning diamond decorative hair pins to complete her disguised elegant look. Guests were stopping admiring and complimenting my daughter in "her" wedding gown.... we then looked at each other and at that moment realized, this is the one! The sales lady Maryam was so patient and nice with my mom. She found many dresses in her size and gave us so many options to chose from. Eventually, my mom found the perfect dress for her in blue that fit her body. I am so happy with Maryam's great customer service and patience!

I wasn't entirely happy with the alterations made to my dress between the first and second fittings…read more(felt too tight around the thighs, felt like I couldn't sit comfortably etc) and I was told "that's just the fit of the dress you have to get used to it." I felt like I was being gaslit and made sure to bring a friend to my final appointment to make sure the dress was perfect and that I wouldn't be bullied into a dress i felt uncomfortable in. The dress ended up looking and feeling good, but on the actual wedding day when tying my bustle the straps broke, which meant the train had to stay long. Ended up needing to change into a different dress (not a planned second look) because I couldn't dance with the bustle breaking. Overall would not recommend based on bedside manner and quality of alterations.

Sarah is so lovely and took through notices and talked me through it all so we were all set the day of. She even picked up the lip colors and gloss so o could reapply it.
