Dr. Naval did a really good job making an unpleasant dental procedure as positive as possible. Very good job Dr!

Unnecessary treatments, no numbing application was applied for my veneer when getting it put on,…read morereally high-end prices I decided to go here because I saw good reviews on here. I will say I have had no issues with the staff and they've all been very kind even doctor Denny as well no issues as far as hospitality. In fact, I loved everyone there. As far as the appointments, though, something was off and a little fishy. He had said one tooth had too many fillings and it needed a veneer so I did that and it was a huge amount of money. I think it was around $800. After that I had problems with the tooth and he said it could've been a hairline fracture or it could need a cap and he was ready to schedule an appointment for that. Not only that is he pointed out that I had about three teeth with cavities in it. I also asked him to shave down my teeth and some areas from some bad fillings. I had gotten previously from a different dentist and he never did that for me. I decided to go to Kendall Rhodes associates. They didn't find any of the cavities. There was nothing wrong with the tooth that he wanted to fix a hairline fracture for. Not only that is on a very first appointment the dentist smooth out my fillings without me having to ask, she knows it and said how terrible and just went into it. I'm blown away. I want to believe that this is a good dentist and that money isn't a contributing factor to the decisions he made on my teeth. But I'm having a really hard time justifying all the money that I've spent. I'm very thankful I went to another dentist where I feel like they aren't just trying to milk my money.

Dr. Denny and his staff are amazing. We always have a great experience with them, and that includes…read moreall areas: surgery/serious stuff, cleaning, and billing. When I came out of surgery no one had told me what had happened. Eventually we found out 5 days later that it was a "code brown" situation while I was under anesthesia. Dr Jones eventually admitted to pushing my upper left wisdom tooth too far and lodging it into my upper cheek where they then had to "dig" it out of the buccal space. I wasn't able to breastfeed my 9 month old for 10 days due to being on heavy pain killers for a week longer than they anticipated. I eventually ran out of milk supply. I was completely numb in my left cheek, upper lip, left upper teeth for almost a year. Dr later admitted to this happening only one other time in her 15 year career and admitted this was a rare complication/mistake, but despite how rare and severe of a complication, I didn't see her in person until 11pm on Friday the 22nd when I called her (for the 6th time) because I had very extreme pain in the upper left of my mouth and head. During the week we had called her office several times with concerns and emailed her with updated photos of my face but no one asked me to come into the office to be seen. This was so incredibly stressful on me and my family and I would hate for this to occur with anyone else. I wish there would've been much more attention to this matter. Rather I felt like this serious and rare complication was minimized and dismissed.
