Honestly, out of all the different places I've gone to have pizza this has to be the best. Some pizza places make the crust too hard, too crunchy. Or the cheese isn't cheesy enough. Or they are stingy with the toppings. Every time I go I have no worries about not being satisfied. The crust is soft enough to bite but still has a little crunch to it. There is cheese and toppings for days. The smell alone will make you hungry. The people who work there are always nice and if they make a mistake they will make sure they fix it. Thanks to a friend I was craving Lasagna and after going through several reviews/looking at the menu, opted for this place. The lasagna comes w/ salad & garlic bread. Salad - had a good mix of veggies and purple onion (which I love on my salads.) Tomatoes weren't anything impressive but overall it was good. Garlic Bread - Crispy. Buttery. Garlicky. Perfect. I resisted the temptation to order an extra of it. Lasagna - Meaty lasagna. I was expecting more to be honest. The sauce looked watery on the plate. Some of the noodles were not fully cooked. It lacked flavor overall - like I've had similar taste from a microwave dinner. I'll come back and try their pizza and then I'll consider changing the review; it stands as is thanks to the sides of the order and the politeness/friendliness of the staff. read more

I come in here a lot and the pizza is always awesome. There was a little hiccup tonight and that usually never happens here. We were taken care of and the order was made right. I gave this place a try because it's so close to where we live and heard about their wings. Gave the wings a try as well as the Grill chicken Caesar salad. The person that took my order was a really nice guy and answered all my questions. The wings were not soggy which was good. Average size, sauce was different and OK but they were not anything special to me. The search goes on. I always compare my wings to a place in Lancaster County called Stubby's. They have the best wings with the best sauces and seasoning. As for the salad, the lettuce was fresh and the chicken was grilled to perfection. Caesar dressing was good. Portion size for take out was good. There is nothing like eating a salad with freshly grilled chicken. The chicken is also marinated so it does have a good taste to it and not bland. I have not had a chance to try anything else there but I will for sure. I will also give the wings another try with a different sauce. Maybe with their hot or suicide sauce. Was in the area with my grandson and did a quick Yelp search for something nearby and came up with this place. It's located in a strip mall There were no other customers in there at the time but we were there after the typical lunch rush. The restaurant had seats for about 50 patrons. It had a large menu with typical pizzeria offering The man making pizzas took our order. He was friendly. My wife ordered an eggplant parmigiana sandwich and I ordered a sausage sandwich with peppers and onions. Both sandwiches were served on good fresh bread. I had to request some sauce for my sandwich which was quickly provided. The sausage was flavorful. The peppers and onions were nicely cooked. The tomato sauce was a little on the sweet side but good. The sandwiches came with a bag of potato chips. There are cold cases for bottled sodas, water or teas. There is also a fountain for additional sodas. I assume the pizza was good because my grandson ate the entire slice was was a good size. While we were in the restaurant someone came in for a 25" pizza. It was huge and obviously feeds more than the typical pizza pie. The place was clean and if you're in the area you might want to give it a try. read more

OMG!!! I ordered for a party over Labor Day. I had meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and kids coming! Frank and Gus were super helpful in selecting the menu, answered my endless questions and helped me plan a great part menu. If that weren't enough... the food was fantastic! My family was spending 3 days @ Cocokey and needed to find a place to fill up our belly. Found Francesca's on Yelp and had some good reviews and the kids wanted Italian, so decided to give them a shot. Me and the wifey had a order of 20piece wings & Lasagna while the kids have a slice each. Everything was finger licking good. So good we didn't have left overs. I've been going to Francesca's for a couple years and have been consistently impressed with both their food & their service. Customer service is excellent - friendly & fast - and the food is reliably delicious. As many other reviewers already noted, their garlic parm wings are AMAZING, but their pizza is also great. The sauce in particular really stands out. I've only had a couple of the pasta dishes but have been happy with those as well. The only time I've been less than satisfied was when I got a pizza with whole wheat crust, but that was a couple years ago so maybe they've worked out the kinks since then - although the crust was so bad (thick & doughy) I can't bring myself to try it again. But their regular crust has never let me down, so I'm happy to stick with that! All in all, Francesca's is a solid choice for reliably good Italian/pizza with great customer service - definitely the best option in the Larchmont area, in my opinion! read more

The pizza here is delicious! We used to get it on a daily basis when we lived down the street. We still grab something whenever we are in the area. My husbands favorite thing is the garlic-part wings. The sauce for them is so delicious, I'll dip my fries and pizza crust in it. On top of the great food, the customer service is top notch as well. They get 2 stars because their pizza is decent. But delivery and pick up both suck. We continued to order because the pizza was decent but honestly it's not worth it. Upon pickup, we have had issues of food not being ready when we are told it will be and staff (more specifically one man being quite rude). As far as delivery, don't expect your food in any sort of normal delivery timeframe. It ALWAYS takes over an hour. It doesn't matter the day of the week or the time of day. Tonight was the last straw. Over an hour and a half and (my email update was 70 minutes) when I called I was told the delivery guy was still on his way back them to pick it up. They offered a credit but that credit doesn't do anything for me in the moment. Especially since the previous order we got a credit for too because they sent the wrong thing. I just went here for the first time. I live right down the road and never knew they were there for 10 years! My and my mother's dinner was delicious. Super busy took a little longer for our food, but I was chatting away so it had no effect on me. The first and most important thing I noticed was that it was insanely clean inside!! My husband and I have been coming to Francesca's for years- we love their pizza and sandwiches, and I always crave their baby spinach salad with added grilled shrimp. Delish! The staff makes you feel like family, while also being super professional and quick with your order. This past weekend we tried out their catering for a housewarming/birthday party and everything was amazing. We went with trays of penne, meatballs, garlic knots, turkey and cheese wraps and a garden salad- everything was perfect. I ordered a large plain pie and a cheesesteak. The pizza wasn't great, wasn't bad. Looking at the bottom of the crust, it appears they are made by a machine. Didn't look like a fresh thrown dough. Very expensive; if you're going to charge those kind of prices, you better be top notch in every way. $2 up charge for onions on the steak? Pie and steak were too expensive. $23.50? I understand it's high rent district, but you need to have a better product. read more

I recently moved to the area and stumbled upon Francesca's. I now am a regular customer and opt to drive the extra 10 minutes to here instead of the place that is literally a block from my house. The pizza is great, the sandwiches and cheese steaks are great, and the service is great. I had two large pizzas and a 2 liter and they got someone to help me out to my car even though I refused (I didn't want to hassle anyone). I am thankful they did because I surely would've looked ridiculous trying to get that to my car. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area! read more

We are big fans of pizza and haven't found anything in South Jersey that really knocks our socks off. Having recently moved to Mount Laurel, we tried Francesca's after seeing and hearing some very good reviews. My wife and I were both very pleased! We ordered a plain Sicilian pie which was delicious. There was plenty left over for the next day, the price was very fair, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They have also received "Best of" awards from local publications. Love this place for a good meal. Typically order the chicken calzone when I order for dinner. It's huge. When I get it I know I'm getting 2 meals out of it. I also really like the Panninis. I've been going to Francesca's for 5 years now. While they are pricier than other local pizza restaurants, the quality of the crust and sauce is much better than others. The sauce is on the sweeter side. The garlic parmesan wings and antipasto salad are fantastic. I always pick up my order because the delivery adds up. If you use a credit/debit card for delivery, I think it's like $1 extra and I think they charge for delivery. read more
