We were short on time, so will need to return to take in the full experience as there was just too many things to choose from!! The selection of holiday attire and every day attire is top tier. At AE, there's usually chaos. A lot of people walking around, clothes strewn about everywhere, and at this particular AE, it was no different. I love their sales and the service is generally pretty good, but maybe hire an extra person to keep up with the customers.

The salesperson (who possibly was even the store manager) who waited on us was rude, dismissive, and negatively aggressive. I had never seen a customer treated this way in a Chico's. Needless to say I was furious. As their receipts always ask for you to turn in a review so I did and expressed my anger at the treatment. Surprisingly, I got a call that night from the "store manager" who again was unbelievably rude telling how I must have "misunderstood", talked over my responses, and never did apologize in any manner. I got so angry I hung up on her. Even though it has been several months since this situation occurred, I am still furious about the treatment received while in that store! I recommend avoiding this particular Chico's store.
