My favorite part about this store- they don't carry multiple quantities of the same thing so you really are getting unique pieces you probably won't see on someone else. They have the BEST dresses. What used to be a cute, organized, and friendly place to shop has become unkept and never has the selection that it used to. The service aspect has changed so much under this new manager, it seems they do not understand what it means to run a business. The last few times I have been in here, there has only been one employee working! Today I finally asked what is going on because she was running around trying to help five different customers at once! Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. It is really sad to see a great boutique turned into a mess because of one manager who is incredibly selfish and careless. Really unfortunate, and I will never shop here in the future ever again.

Service 5/5 Service is high on my criteria for men's clothing stores followed by quality of brands. Dillards never disappoints. I always use the men's clothing departments wardrobe assistant. They are keenly familiar with brand selections including sales items and utilizing their expertise is a big time saver! Selection 5/5 With a great selection of top recognized brands, Dillards remains my choice for dress for casual and business. Value 5/5 Do I shop sales, absolutely. Dillards top brands go on sale for seasonal inventory rotations, holiday customer magnet campaigns. All of these opportunities at Dillards are for shoppers who are looking for value, quality and style without the price point of boutique of luxury clothiers. Gents, time to freshen up your wardrobe? That's not to say that I'm not extra on some days (because I am, lol), but a majority of the time, I'm a simple gal. I don't want or need pricier brands because I like spending my money on more practical things... like FOOD!! Duhh, lol! Service at any Kate Spade store is always outstanding. The employees are welcoming and very polite. Thankfully, I haven't come across any rude or disgruntled employees. I didn't buy anything this visit, but every time I see a K.S. store, it's a ritual for me to walk in and at least browse. This is one of the stores at the Phoenix Premium Outlets that offers a military discount with valid I.D. Yes, you can double dip and stack sale prices with the discount. Big sales happen on holidays, of course, so those are the best times to shop. Their regular sales aren't too shabby, either, though. Most times, I see 60% and even 70% off regular retail, so that's always fun! Their jewelry selection always gets me! I can't get enough. Kate Spade will always be a favorite staple for me. I hope you like it, too!

It's always fun to browse or to go in with a specific need, most likely they'll have it. Customer service is what made this trip the icing on the cake. I mentioned that I've been in previous trips and that items haven't rung up right and I noticed it when I got home. She said don't worry I'll hit the extra sale off. I said that's not what's happened, if the, "plate" or whatever item isn't rang in at the sale price than the 40% off isn't as helpful. She said I understand. She then checked that each item rang in correctly and then did the additional 40% off. She asked if I would like the receipt with me? I told her she did a perfect job and there's no need for me to review it. Her other co-worker finished up and asked if she could help wrap. I had two gift items separate from mine and they made sure to make them so cute!! Thanks again, I really enjoyed working with you both, not to sound too old but you really gave me hope for future generations, what an example.
