Since one of the dresses was too big, I went to the rack to look for the smaller size. I never looked at the dress to inspect it for damages etc., I only looked at the size. I purchased this item for an upcoming vacation, so I did not remove the items from the bags until about three weeks later while I was packing. At that time, I observed that not only was the slit in the back ripped straight up the seam, but the tag appeared crumbled almost like someone had worn and returned it. I tried calling the store, but they do not have a phone. I called Zara's customer service and the mall to determine if they had a direct number. The bottom line is that Zara stores cannot be contacted directly. I knew that the item was still eligible for return, but I still wanted to speak to someone about it. Thankfully, I returned the item without a problem, but not being able to reach someone locally was frustrating. If I purchase in store again, I will be sure to fully inspect all items before purchasing.

To differentiate between the two locations they are calling the downtown Annapolis store The Cottage on Main and the Severna Park store The Cottage in The Park. The inventory between the two stores seems very similar. I can almost always find something to buy at this great local, small business. It's light and so comfortable to wear. - Farmhouse Fresh lotions and soaps. Great quality and not overbearing scents. - Hobo purses and wallets. They have two stores in downtown Annapolis and this review is for the business at 176 Main Street that sells preppy clothing with a touch of nautical. Brands like Gretchen Scott, Lilly Pulitzer and Vineyard Vines are sold here and I appreciate having a local option for nicer clothes, especially after Nordstrom went out of business in 2020. The store is always well organized and I do find the pretty displays beckoning me to come in and have a look. In addition to clothing they have accessories - scarves, purses, fashion jewelry, etc. My style isn't generally as preppy as The Lucky Knot but I have gotten a few fun plaid pieces here for the holidays.
