This is a small mom-and-pop shop that has the best customer service with an amazing staff. I might be biased because I have been coming here for a bit, but they're truly the best. The inside has so much character, with Polaroids of friends, family, and customers lining the store, plus lenses, cameras, and film available to shop. They also do custom framing inside, or you can buy the frames they have up on the shelves. I dropped off my film and within two weeks I was getting a call that it was ready--it was super fast and all my pictures turned out great and not super expensive. I also love that you can ask them any questions regarding cameras, how to use them, or if you're just curious, and they are always ready to help out. 10/10 recommend supporting them instead of going to a chain

While I was deciding on frames, they were also helpful in trying to help me be price conscious. Unfortunately it was still really expensive, and that's why I've gone 3-stars. You walk into the building, then go up a couple steps and then you're in the shop where you are surrounded by framed posters and prints of all kinds. You definitely get the sense that there are years of experience here and I felt good about giving them my business. The owner (whose name I unfortunately did not jot down) is always super friendly and optimistic about what he can do whether it's framing a print and tickets from an event (which is why I was there) or even making a 3D shadow box type frame. They are open to giving an estimate and if you don't go with them, no harm, no foul. Service is always great. I believe I spent about $40+ to frame an 11x17" print and a couple tickets from an event. When the glass broke and had to be replaced, they did it for about $25. Given they had to carefully remove broken glass I did not have an issue with the prices. If you need something framed, give L&M a try!
