There are two aspects of Victori Framing that set it apart from every other custom framing shop. The first is the ability of the framer to adapt to any type of job. For instance, I first enlisted Victori's services for three 30" by 40" movie posters that would be hung on my apartment walls. Not only was the frame job perfect, but the device crafted to hang the heavy posters was ingenious. The next project Victori helped me with was a way to capture two of my favorite pictures of my fiancé and I. He envisioned an 11" by 21" antique silver frame that pitted each picture side by side offset from the center of the larger work. It really gave these pictures a classic, old fashioned (in a great way) look. Finally, when I got my favorite New York Ranger jersey signed by Henrik Lundqvist, I knew Victori would be able to preserve and enhance it for me with one of his custom frames. I am SOOOO glad that I found this family owned gem in the mall last year! In fact, their services and product were so good that I am writing a review eight months after making my purchase!!! Last Christmas, Dec 2015, I purchased a canvas displaying my wedding pictures and wedding vows as a present to my husband. Not only did Ed model and email different graphics of the designs after asking for my feedback and approval every time, not only did he give me a discount that made buying this present after a wedding possible, not only did he maintain and sustain constant communication with me, not only did he nail the exact vision I pitched (and more due to special visual effects) and have the project ready on time, but he also went as far as to participate on the surprise! While waiting for a techie friend at the Menlo Park Apple store I happened across Menlo Park Framing/ Art gallery. They did a fantastic job repairing a picture that is special to me. I own a gorgeous print of Mercer House found in Savannah Ga. It was beautifully framed with a well coordinated dusty rose mat border, but alas, it was bumped and fell off the wall while I was moving furniture. Only a barbarian would do such a thing! Not only did the detailed gold colored frame split, but unbeknownst to me the mat dented at the same corner that split. I brought my print in and met the manager Mustafa. He took time showing me beautiful, reasonably priced frames. I have had several wonderful experiences with Menlo Park Framing, but most recently, I brought in a memory collage my daughter's friend made for her that I wanted framed to help preserve it and to prevent dust from collecting in it. The owner, who is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and most importantly, very knowledgeable, suggested framing it beneath museum quality archival glass with a plain black frame. The result was perfection! Now my daughter can enjoy this special gift from her friend without fear of it becoming dusty, damaged or faded. She will now be able to cherish it for years to come.
