I made an appointment and Keith arrived on time and ready. Took just a few minutes for setup and as he opened the box he noticed the mirror was damaged. We had to reschedule and he had no problem with that. He didn't charge me a service fee and refused any offered. A few weeks later he showed up and the mirror was hung in less than an hour. Mind you he hung this thing by himself and still asked if I needed anything else hung with the few minutes remaining on the hour.
