You have to keep going back and really walk around and look for items, but I have found fantastic deals (and beautiful items) for my dining room, bedroom and living room. The sales person I worked with at Legacy was super friendly and helpful. At the loft? They were nice, but don't seem as well trained as in the regular stores. I had a problem with one of the stools I ordered from Legacy and they switched it out very quickly and it was easy to coordinate. I've used delivery in the past for large orders but they were nice and let me pick up stools and other items I could fit in my car so I could save the delivery fees.

I have a choice of where i shop and i won't go back to Arhaus, as they demonstrate that their mission statement is "caveat emptor" or "buyer beware"... not "we want to make sure you are happy with the customer experience". again-- my bad, but some accommodation would have gone a long way. "0 Stars" for you Arhaus. great furniture. very bad customer service.

I called Spaces to help me move and the employee that answered the phone was polite, professional, and immediately got me set up with a date and time. On the day of the move they showed up a few minutes early and had the truck, dolly, carts, and blankets ready to go for me right when our appointment was scheduled. They brought 2 guys to get everything moved which I thought wasn't going to be enough. These two young men had my entire home packed in the truck within an hour and a half which was incredibly quick. They even went back with a broom and cleaned up the old house which I thought was above and beyond what was expected of them. When we arrived to the new home, they had everything unpacked and in the house within about an hour. They used blankets and plastic to help eliminate bringing any dirt in to the house. After everything was set up the one employee packed up the truck while the other inspected the house for any dings or nicks on the walls or floors. These guys were so good they didn't touch a single wall while moving multiple appliances, couches, dressers, beds, and various large sized items. I can't believe how quick these guys were and if I ever move again I will 100% be calling them. I'm referring them to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

Reclamation is a consignment shop selling home furnishings, decor, clothing, and jewelry. The store…read moreis very roomy (4,000 square ft to be exact). During my first visit, the shop had a sale that extended to the sidewalk. I stopped in after hearing about this shop's sidewalk sale on IG. Layout: The first floor of the shop is mostly dedicated to men's and women's clothing and home decor (lamps, statues, and furnishings). The basement includes nostalgic items (such as trolls and Disney memorabilia), furniture, and clothes. Be sure to pause on the stairs leading to the basement to take mirror selfies and to shop for funky mirrors. The store is really an eclectic mix of unique pieces (such as African wood carvings), vintage accent pieces (such as funky yellow faux leather chair), and modern clothing (such as dresses from Ross). It's like a flea market meets discount store. Prices: Prices are absolutely all over the place from $20 for a wicker basket to $595 for a vintage chair. Most prices didn't make sense to me in terms of condition and price. Almost all items are clearly marked with the price. I didn't make any purchases after browsing the store for a while since everything seemed pricey or not necessarily matching my style/too outdated. I didn't see any deeply discounted items during the sale. Customer Service: Customer service was pretty friendly and employees social. Although I've noticed a shadow while browsing the store which was unpleasant. Parking: Parking is available at the back of the store, parking lot is shared with nearby businesses. There are also limited number of spots available in front of the store (usually busy on weekends). Events. Check out the store's Instagram for upcoming events such as sales and clothing swaps. I would recommend this store if you want to spruce up your space with unique handmade furnishings or art. Especially when it comes to global accent needs. The store is less appealing for clothes. Most clothing is equivalent of thrift finds at a higher price point.

That means I purchased a chair and picked it up on another day (it's held for 72 hours). I witnessed some inefficiencies which discouraged me from purchasing additional furniture. It was challenging to find someone at the store to ask how to initiate furniture purchase as the first timer. I almost gave up. I had to then wheel my chair through the entire store. I wonder what happens with heavier furniture. After filling out some paperwork, I was able to store my chair in store. I asked how delivery of other furniture works and ballpark price. I was told that I need to get in touch with delivery company via app or phone to plan after purchase. That's wonderful that delivery partner exists, but that discouraged me from buying two other items. It seems reasonable to provide customers with more details surrounding furniture delivery partner and expectations (delivery distance, turnaround time, and process). At pickup, I called the store to check how to pickup furniture. It wasn't really explained during payment. The store's employee transferred me from TJ Maxx to HomeGoods like they're worlds away. The entire process started to finish was not the smoothest. I really felt like employees didn't have any interest in answering any furniture questions and wanted to detach from the experience. While I love the value at HomeGoods, I won't be getting more furniture that I can't transport simply because I don't understand the process after asking multiple associates. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Unfortunately, my date thought that my outfit wasn't really beige, so...my solution....go shopping!! The waitress from our hotel recommended this store (we're staying in Independence). I was relieved to find they had a few choices of dresses available in my size (small). I even got a pair of shoes, small hairspray and my date got a Perry Ellis belt, all for under $100! The cashier was warm, friendly and welcoming, a great representation for the store. If I lived here, I'd definitely be back, especially to check out the home goods section. Lastly, I really like that the two stores are combined, although that's a recipe for a spending spree!!! Ha;)

I walked into this space, gasped, and said to the owner - "This is the best thing to ever happen to this space!" This retail space had so many stories and looks from being a boutique to being a photo studio to this new refined era. It feels like whispering a secret sharing this review because the boutique just opened and is intentionally not advertised. Even people in the neighborhood haven't all found it but you just did. Ambiance: High ceilings, chic exposed concrete look, neutral drapes, expert staging, and ritzy feel. You instantly feel transported to SoHo (maybe Rick Owens concrete minimalism space). Locally I can only compare it to the stark elegance of RH (Restoration Hardware). It's really a marriage of a boutique and gallery. There is a lounge area with couches and chairs for you to unwind while making purchasing decisions. The fitting room has a huge stunning mirror to evaluate your fit. It's simply gorgeous. Merchandise: As you enter the boutique you'll find men's merchandise to your left and women's merchandise to your right. Women's sizes go up to L. Some of the brands that can be found in the store are Silk laundry, Mijeong park Marle, and St Agni. The clothing is well curated with pleasant feeling fabrics - silks and soft fabrics. The owner suggested considering unisex look and checking out the men's collection. You can certainly find a dress for your night out in Cedar Fairmount. Clothing is around $100-200 at least based on the tags I've looked at. There are a few jewelry pieces and accessories in store. Home decor is on the shelf in the center of the store and few items are strategically placed around the store. You'll find ceramics, the thinned glass, vases, candles, and more. Most articles are worthy of display in your home. Art coffee books are also scattered around the space like Auguste Rodin's art. Most artifacts have little stories about their exclusivity and European origin. You'll find plenty of distinct pieces to spoil yourself or other people in your life. They are pricey but every object seems well curated, high quality, and hard to find elsewhere in the wild. Service: The owner is very friendly and introduces you to the space. Beverages are offered to customers. The guests look like they're from the pages of Vogue. I definitely should have dressed up to shop here. Neighborhood: The neighborhood where the boutique is located is known for its dining and new-ish wine shop. All are within walking distance in the same commercial district. I loved the lavish feel of this boutique. I love well executed interior design, which is clearly seen here. Personally, I wear plus size so no clothing was for me. If it was, I'd be all over neutral silky dresses and blouses. I hope to visit this boutique and shop here for home decor in the future.
