I didn't hear back for several days, so I re-contacted them, and Luke told me there was an issue with their computer system, and he gave me his cell number to contact him. Our HOA is still mulling over the bid (which was 30% lower than the other bid we'd received). Their contractor license checked out and their Yelp ratings were all five-stars (except for one indicating some communication problem). In the meantime, I asked Luke for a bid to pressure-wash and re-stain our wood deck, and he got right on that. He had his crew out within two days to do the pressure-washing (which took a second visit to remove some stubborn moss), and then the re-stain crew out the following day after that. Looks great, and the people are nice (Luke, Craig, Patty, Coran, and another guy whose name I didn't get).
