Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem. It took longer than expected. lifetime was communicative. We had such a good experience we called them to add a window but they didn't seem interested. Did not come out to provide estimate. Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).
