It was considerably more money than if I had gone to IKEA but I also understood with the fine craftsmanship and expertise of the staff that the price was worth it. When I went to pick it up a few weeks later, it was exactly what I had hoped for. I was able to speak directly with the person who framed the work, who was different from my original consultation, and was thoroughly guided through their process. The piece looks beautiful and I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to invest in personalized, beautifully crafted framing.

As a mixed media artist who works with delicate materials, my work is often very fragile and nearly "unframe-able", but Trinity has always gone above and beyond to find solutions for framing my work and executes them beautifully. My experience was fairly brief but satisfying (that's what she said). My husband and I were serviced within 20 minutes. This included consultation on framing and type of glass. The owner has a keen eye for what looks good. We had our own ideas in mind, but he made a few suggestions to enhance the matting colors and frame selection. We weren't the only customers in the store, but he was able to work with each group simultaneously, but not disruptively for either group. Not being in a rush, the estimated ready date of under three weeks from drop off sounded perfect. The frames was ready as scheduled. As others noted, the prices were market standard. They offer you complementary hooks afterwards and are very adamant in telling you to forgo command strips. You pay half up front and the other half upon completion, and they save details from previous projects so they are easily replicated at a later time. If you're willing to put the effort to get something custom framed, chances are you care enough about that piece enough to pay a decent chunk of change.

The title is not cut from the magazine itself bc there was an overlapping graphic that needed to be eliminated. (The cover was about food, the article is about a barber shop). They looked up images from the matching Philadelphia issue and photoshopped the image in, eliminating the food graphic and changed the wording inside the red circle to say "Jan 2017". Always happy with their work and this time I wanted to show that they are willing to go above framing to produce a well crafted finished product!

Buyer beware! Don't get printing done here!…read more I ordered grey business cards printed with white ink. Chris picked the paper and approved the artwork. I didn't get a proof and received grey cards with green-grey ink, gross. They looked horrible! I contacted Chris, and he said he would reprint them, but there was no way to get ink that would look white with the paper he picked. So why did he pick that paper out of hundreds of options!? Did he offer me a different paper? Nope. He just continued to argue with me in long emails, so I opened a case with Paypal. I order the same cards from a different press for half the price and received a proof that looks great. I'm sure he will post a lengthy reply to this which should evidence how frustrating it is to work with him.
