More importantly, the person I dealt with took time, had patience, shared helpful information about the job and helped me choose a frame that looked good and complimented the painting's colors. I have no idea how much custom framing normally is, but their prices seem reasonable. If you're willing to put the effort to get something custom framed, chances are you care enough about that piece enough to pay a decent chunk of change.
