I thought it would be easier here than a department store. Well, it was. I ended up getting help from Marisa, she was amazing! She sprayed fragrance after fragrance and asked the right questions so my son could understand what he really liked. There was no pressure, only helpful advice. After he chose 4 of his top picks she sprayed them on his arms and we left to grab lunch. During this time he was able to narrow it down to his favorite and was confident he chose the right one. We went back to the store and purchased it. It was such a great experience, I'd suggest this business to anyone. Designer Fragrances uses the same distributor as Macys, but Macy's just gets first dibs on what they want. Plus, the prices are around 20% less and there are usually 'buy on get one 50% off' (or something close to that). DF had almost every fragrance we asked to try and at great prices. The associate that was working assured me she pointed out that The company has the same distribution as Macy's and all product must be authentic due to being at a Premium Outlet Center. I smelled the scented fragrance from this sample. This scent smelled really good to me I usually do not wear perfume because I get allergies from it and I stopped wearing perfume. I use to receive perfume as gifts from my former boyfriends. Men like their girl friends to smell good and to wear perfume. Anyway, I started talking to Fantasia she asked me what kind of scented perfume I like wearing? I told her I don't wear perfume anymore because I start to sneeze and get allergies from it. Then Fantasia said their Perfumes now have lighter scented products that will not cause an allergic reaction. I asked Fantasia if she could give me 3 different Perfume Samples? The first sample was a Versace Perfume and the scent smelled kind of a Fruity Scent. It smelled good but it was too strong for me. The second sample smelled like Coffee Beans. It smelled good because I like Coffee. The third sample this perfume is called ESCADA ROCKIN RIO PERFUME. Fantasia gave me a sample that she sprayed onto a card. I smelled this scent. This scent smelled like a Sweet Vanilla Perfume. It smelled really delicious. I told Fantasia I wanted to buy this Perfume with this sweet vanilla scent to it. This Regular Price of this Perfume is $90.00. Fantasia gave me a 44 percent discount off of this ESCADA ROCKIN RIO PERFUME. My discounted price for my bill was $53.88 including the sales tax. I also told Fantasia that I am buying this perfume for me but I have a new boyfriend and he likes me to wear perfume. I talked to Arthur who is from Russia and he said he has a Russian Accent. Arthur works at this Perfume Revolution Kiosk. I wanted a man's point of view and his opinion on the types of scented perfume men like on their girl friends. Arthur told me that my boyfriend would enjoy me using this perfume and he will remember my scent when he hugs me or he kisses me. I wandered around a bit looking at other items. I wanted to see if there was a tester so I could feel the consistency of the Redken gloss I was about to buy. I know the store pretty well, so I knew where it was and there wasn't a tester. It must've been a popular deal because there weren't any more left. I didn't see sales people on the floor at all so there's no one I could ask any questions to. Luckily, I got what I needed and went to the checkout. I had recently found a very, very old gift card that I had. So old that you couldn't even check the balance anymore. I asked the girls if I could use it and they said yes they never expire, after checking it only had $2.70 on it. They were really nice about helping me. I also had another gift card I used to pay with and again they were just super helpful and kind. The service here has been hit or miss in the past. I've had some fantastic sales people and I've had some not so fantastic ones so it was nice to have the girls at the checkout be so happy and willing to help. Many community events are hosted here like jeni's ice cream and a play date with moms at Encinitas Community Park. They are generous with their bath products as sample giveaways.
