Miserable doesn't even begin to cover his attitude. I approach, and he barks (pun intended) that they "don't allow dogs." I explain--calmly--that he's my service animal. His genius response? "Even service animals pee in the store." Excuse me? I remind him again that it's my service animal, and he doubles down with, "Well we don't allow dogs so IDK." The ignorance is staggering. The incompetence? Impressive, honestly--it must take real commitment to be this bad at your job. This wasn't just rude, it was an ADA violation in real time. Hope they enjoy the lawsuit headed their way.
