I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I scheduled service with this plumber, and unfortunately it was one issue after another. * The first appointment was canceled at the last minute. * For the next two appointments, they were complete no-shows. I waited as scheduled, only to be left hanging. * When I finally sent a message to say we had waited long enough and needed to move on with our day, the only response I received was a one-word reply: "Noted." No apology. No effort to reschedule. No sense of professionalism or respect for my time. I understand things come up, but consistent no-shows and dismissive communication are unacceptable. If you value reliability and respect, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services. read more

I was able to speak to Tameka from FPS and schedule a visit because we had a toilet running constantly and a men's urinal not able to flush. Technician Dustin came to the property and was able to find out quickly that there needed to be a rebuild for the flushometer valves for each unit and restored to proper operation. Dustin provided me a great quote and I was able to get a fast response from Tameka to provide us their W9 & Certificate of Insurance so I can have them move forward with repairs. No issues have come up since. Please reach out to FPS Plumbing. These guys care and provide solid services for solid prices! read more

FPS Plumbing has become my "go to" plumber. First of all, you get a live person when you call. Second, i was connected with the plumber who was able to understand my needs and described the work they will preform and cost. I had an undermount bathroom sink replaced. I sent them picture and they confirmed quote. On the day of service, the plumber arrived early, went straight to work and finished project leaving the work area very clean. FPS Plumbing is outstanding. read more

Extremely happy with the help with our plumbing issue by Dustin. He was early, professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed and kept it within his estimate. We are lucky to have had another company miss their earlier appointment with us because it allowed Dustin and FPS an opportunity to come out and we are more than satisfied. Mahalo, Dustin! 100% recommend! read more

I recently moved into a home with the same faucets from the 80s/90s. Dustin showed up right on time and was very friendly! I'm very satisfied with the results. He replaced 2 bathroom faucets and my kitchen faucet. Added bonus -- the water pressure with the old kitchen faucet wasn't great and now with the new one the water pressure is excellent! Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone! read more

" Dustin Was Very Honest, Professional, & Gave Awesome Service " Dustin Ferguson from FPS Plumbing came to my house right on the appointment time to fix one of my toilets that was leaking water out of the toilet tank into the toilet, about every 10 minutes. The toilet would turn itself on to refresh more water into the toilet tank. The toilet tank valve needed to be replaced, and within 20 minutes Dustin was able to take out the old toilet valve, and totally replaced it, with a new one. He also snaked the toilet, so it would have no problems sucking down any items in the toilet very quickly. Dustin has a very relaxing and professional personality and double-checks everything to make sure it's perfect. Dustin has a very nice FPS Plumbing truck, and I love the FPS Plumbing Logo on the truck. If I have any Plumbing problems in the future, I will definitely call to bring FPS Plumbing to my house again. Dustin is very trustworthy and answers all of your questions while he's working. Great Job Dustin ! Thank you ! read more

If you are looking for a plumber to come when they say they're coming Do what they say they're gonna do. Charge what they quoted. You've found them. Dustin is charming and excellent at his craft. Tameka is equally as charming, maybe more, and keeps you updated throughout. My absolute highest recommendation for this local family owned business. You are welcome to use me as a reference anytime. read more

After purchasing a new dryer from Best Buy and having the installers come out and require a new gas line hookup and valve before connecting it, I was in a bind. I requested a new project through Yelp and FPS responded right away and someone was able to come out within the hour. Dustin was awesome and set up the new line and valve, and even connected up the dryer vent and hoses so everything was working. The price was super reasonable and I've found my new go to plumber. I'm already lining up a few other projects. read more

I spent an hour going through various plumbers, many with a lot of stories, and "estimates"that felt bogus. Dustin gave me a very fair flat fee for my run running toilet, came out within a couple of hours, fixed it, and made my renters very happy.
