I have never been impressed by an insurance agent, I always just looked at insurance as something I needed to have and to get it where it was cheapest. Not only are my rates fantastic but Howard takes care of everything that I need within minutes of asking. During a recent refinance of my car, I asked Howard fax an insurance binder over to my new bank. I called the bank the following day to let them know that the binder would be arriving within a few days. The person at the bank then laughed and said "Your agent already HAND DELIVERED your binder!". Where else can you get this kind of service?
