I initially worked with Chris Pintarich on securing D & O, liability, and umbrella non-profit insurance and he made a complicated experience very simple. I asked a kajillion questions about the forms, had unusual scenarios for our nonprofit's specifics and he was very patient throughout. He also made me a personalized video that walked me through the policy that I could watch on my own time. SUPER responsive. Was such a great experience I got home and auto insurance through them too...through John Galvin. I had issues getting my HOA insurance information from the other side's broker...the details needed to secure my own insurance. John checked in with me three times before it finally arrived but was never pushy-that's quality customer service. When I finally got the insurance, it was 2 business days before closing. John took care of ALL my insurance needs within hours and I was bound (and thus able to close on time, miraculously). Extraordinary customer service. Comprehensive emails explaining everything. Amazingly responsive. And the new auto policy is an upgrade in coverage over what I had previously AND saves me money. Neither guy tried to upsell me on coverage I didn't need. In fact, both told me about parts they thought I didn't need a particular coverage in my case, being covered in other ways. That's trust. Very very happy!

Edward quickly put together two options for our home, explaining why he thinks one is of better value, he took tremendous efforts explaining each line item on the insurance contents, and discussing with me every discount we can have. When we asked him to quote the car insurance, he presented four combinations, each with pros and cons, and a top level summary. He also did not mind telling us what he thinks the better option was (not worrying about being hold accountable for his recommendation). He also put his explanation in written details.........helped us understand what the dwelling replacement cost vs. what mortgage company is looking for. He is very knowledgeable and saved us much effort shopping around (I did shop around but he is the best). He told me he does not expect surprises when the final quotes come in and we trust him. If you want to find an agent who is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, give this company a try.

WORST CAR INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DEAL WITH. I had been with Malcolm & Parsons Insurance for…read moreyears. They constantly went from Liberty to Safety with higher and higher yearly rates. I own my car. I had never filed a claim or had any accidents that required a claim. I let my husband use my car and he got in an accident. He used my car only twice. All of a sudden, my premiums are threw the roof. My husbands name is not on my car or insurance. My premium went up to $4500.00. I kept asking them why so much. I never got a straight answer. I came to realize that they were charging me for something my idiot husband had done. This expense should be on his insurance, not mine. Finally after a screaming match with them for not posting my payments saying I never sent in check when I had the receipt and saying my coverage will be cancelled, I lost it. Don't charge me an extra $46.00 for a billing fee and another $25.00 for late fee when they misplaced my payment. I tried telling them that they are over charging me, I looked for new insurance. I went to A-Affordable Insurance and my premium went from $4500.00 down to $1027.00. I am now paying nearly $3500,00 less for the year. Malcolm & Parsons & Safety Insurance have screwed me over for the last time. People should not give them any business. After getting my new insurance with awesome customer service at A-Afforable, Safety has a nerve to send me a bill for $11.27 balance due. Seriously...
