The next day I filed a claim and even went back to CVS and checked with several nearby businesses for surveillance cameras, but none had any footage. I've never been in an accident or hit anyone's car in my life. After some time, my claim was denied by Tracy Larkwich, who was extremely rude. After one phone call, she completely stopped answering any of my calls. They denied the claim because they found yellow latex paint on my car. They claimed it doesn't belong on cars in Massachusetts and is usually on poles, so they decided I must have hit something and was lying about the accident. This is ridiculous. There are many vehicles in Massachusetts with yellow latex paint, and the accident happened in February when there was snow on the ground. Instead of helping their customer, this company is victimizing victims just to avoid paying claims. They take your premiums every month but refuse to honor the full coverage when you actually need it. Terrible service, rude adjuster, and completely unfair denial. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!

Kimmi at Cavanaugh Insurance gave me the best insurance experience I have had so far. Kimmi went through my existing car coverage and gave me a quote that as 33% less than my existing agent with better deductibles and lower premiums. She held my hand and explained what each part of the coverage actually covered and what I would be paying out of pocket if anything happens. She gave me a choice to choose alternative premiums and fine tune my car insurance to my liking. She answered all my questions by email within an hour or so and we got everything squared away in ~2 days (with canceling of the old insurance company and signing the new one).
