I've been assigned various technicians across the past 2 years, most recently Giselle and Demi did my eyelashes and they did an amazing job. Their gentle application put me right to sleep! I had my lashes done at Soleil Lash about a month ago, and unfortunately, my second experience here…read morewas very disappointing. After my appointment, I began experiencing discomfort in my eye that continued to get worse. I eventually saw my eye doctor, who confirmed that I had several small cuts/scratches to my eye consistent with irritation from the tape used during the lash application. I reached out to Soleil Lash to explain what happened and ask whether they would reimburse me for the cost of my doctor's appointment. The response I received felt automated and impersonal, and they ultimately denied any reimbursement or refund. I completely understand that accidents can happen, and the fact that I experienced an injury is not actually what disappointed me the most. What bothered me was how the situation was handled afterward. When a customer reaches out because they were injured during a service and had to seek medical care, I would expect the business to at least show genuine concern and make an effort to address the situation. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. I had been willing to return after my first visit, but after this experience and poor customer care afterward, I would not feel comfortable coming back.

She was super detailed, curling each lash carefully, and even added keratin to protect them. I've done lash lifts in Korea before, but this is honestly the best result I've ever had. Ashley also took time to talk through what curl would suit me best, and made this fun and relaxing with little chats. Plus, it was a private one-on-one session, which I loved! Sharing two photos. one from the day of the lift, and one a few days later after showers and cleansing. The curl still looks perfect. Thank you so much, Ashley!
