Lingling is the best eyelash technician! I'm lucky that they opened at Rowland Heights which is only 5 minutes from home. Blinking eyelash is located inside a commercial plaza with free parking. Lingling is nice, gentle, and knowledgeable with her techniques. I've been coming here for the past year and my eyelashes always look nice, and they stay on for up to 2.5- 3 weeks. She cleans my eyelashes very well before placing them, and the whole place is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. I usually make an appointment on either Tuesday or Thursday when Lingling is there. You get a stamp card eligible for $20 off after 10 visits if you pay cash. Price is reasonable compared to other eyelash places I've been. Highly recommended! read more

Blinking Eyelash - 10-13mm; sexy style, C- curl, 2D/YY - Eyelash Service Near Me - Rowland Heights, California

I booked an appointment last minute with Gloria on a Friday at 6pm. I haven't had lashes in two years so I was nervous trying a new place but Gloria did an amazing job! I chose a wispy design and she did a great job of replicating what I was asking for. Will definitely be returning again! read more

She gave me your business card and asked me to leave a Yelp review. Since I had a terrible experience and left a real review, now I'm not your customer and you have no responsibility? I had a bad reaction and left several messages but got no response from your employee. I ended up in Urgent Care and 9 months later, I'm being referred to an Eye Specialist. This has been a horrible experience. read more

Tried this place maybe 2 times, when i asked to remove them Linlin removed most of my lashes. She scrubbed them hard and aggressively to finish the pross faster! Maybe was upset cause i didnt want anymore lashes! Do not remove them with Linlin the manager!!!! Will never return read more

Ginger helped me out!! Second time I come and I am still completely satisfied. With everything. Quality (I sleep on my side and they last), kindness, cleanliness, everything! Definitely recommend. Wish I can give more stars. read more

I've been doing lashes with them over a month now. The previous place I used to go for over 2 years has moved to new place, I found this place is closer to my home.. So, I give it a try. Nice customer service, the lady who does lashes for me is patience, attentive but I need to change a couple of style to get what I want. The lashes last up to 2 weeks, I usually do 3 weeks refill but with this place, I do 2 weeks refill (I take care of my lashes, if one doesn't do after care; may only last up to 9-10 days) The price range is somewhat same as other lash places but cheaper than the expensive ones. Overall, not bad at all. read more

Ling Ling is amazing! Her work is flawless, fast and consistent. She does an amazing job of getting the exact look I want. You can tell she cares a lot about her work and her studio. The material of the lashes and glue last 2-3 weeks. I've gone on vacation in humidity and in the water and these lashes retention stay on for so long. I'm constantly getting compliments on them too. Truly love everything about Blinking Eyelash!!! read more

This is the first time I have ever applied false eyelashes and I am very happy with the result. I never tried it, and the lady was very patient and told me what to do. The whole process also asked about my comfort level, but I didn't feel any discomfort. The room is clean and quiet inside. Business service attitude is also particularly good. This experience will make me want to come back. read more

Love coming here! I've been coming here for a quick some time now and I even got my sister hooked on their eyelash extensions! I used to go with the instagram girlies and honestly coming here feels better ! The atmosphere is calming that I even take a quick nap at times when getting my lashes done ! 10/10 would recommend!! read more

The lady who did my eyelashes was really nice but I found it interesting that they did not use tape to lift my eyelid/ upper brow area up. She kept holding my eyelid taut with her fingers each time she applied an extension so that made my eyes water and was slightly uncomfortable. Also from beginning to end it was around 40 mins. Lashes looked good and fine in the end but just be forewarned about that. read more

I got very beautiful eyelashes, I love it, I will come back. They have very good service.

Ginger did my lashes and it was so good! and good price for first time customer!! highly recommend this place so good!!

Leona was great and very fast. Mine took about 1:30 min to finish. She did a terrific job! Definitely would go back.

I scheduled an appointment to get my lashes done because my friend referred me. They gave me the price and I scheduled with Ginger, she show me a chart with different lashes in length and style and I told her what I wanted and she took her time doing it. Couple month I went back and scheduled with Ginger again and I told her I want the same thing. She said it will be more than before since it was my first time that I had a discount. Explain to her that no one mention anything about discounts when I text to ask for the price for the first visit nor did she when I paid her the last time. I ask her can she do it the same price since I came back and I didn't know the cost changed after the first visit but she said no has to be the higher amount and if I don't want to get it done, it okay with her too that i could leave. Let my friend know I won't be going back as well. I will find another place. read more
