Listen - I'm a big cold brew coffee guy. I grind my own beans (I use Perc coffee beans, my favorite), French press my own at home, and hit the road. I go black, or add a splash of almond milk. So yes, I really enjoy actual coffee! Not the morning milkshake crap that most people get from Starbucks. Seeing as how Foxtail is new to my neck of the woods and my wife drank the remnants of my French press, I decided to try foxtail. First impression was the place itself. Very cozy inside with almost a lodge feel. They were much busier than I expected and it seemed to just be a lot of people hanging out, enjoying conversation, and drinking (or waiting for) coffee. I ordered the cold brew (from a friendly and knowledgeable barista) and ended up waiting about 10-15 mins. Not a deal breaker, but it didn't really help that there was no place to sit and wait comfortable. More of an awkward, where should I stand and wait vibe. Got the coffee, took a sip, and... NOT MY THING. I dunno. I can't really explain it. Didn't really taste like much. Almost watered down. I got back home and had the wife try it just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, and she agreed. While it's a cool spot, the coffee here is just not something I enjoy. I much prefer Foundation Coffee or Buddy Brew if I run out of homemade coffee. read more

Had the matcha latte and the honey rose latte. Staff was very nice and friendly and helped me with suggestions! I personally was not a fan of the matcha but my friend liked it. I had the honey rose less sweet. It was still a tad too sweet for my taste but overall appreciate the floral notes in it. read more

Foxtail coffee is a great staple in Central Florida! Their drinks are well crafted and I do love the quality of their espresso, coffee and matcha. While I've never ordered hot tea from here (yet) I do love that they have a wide selection of offerings. My favorite thing to order here is the cortadito- being a Miami native, it's been a challenge to find a good, strong cortadito and this place nails it! The decor of this place is charming, with its rustic embellishments and big comfy chairs. It has the standard "chill" coffeehouse vibe, providing a great atmosphere to WFH or to catch up with friends. However, the staff seems a bit nonchalant and (on occasion) aloof- which is a little off-putting. I don't expect over-the-top friendliness, but some enthusiasm goes a long way. But their beverages more than make up for it! read more

I just like the service over there and the atmosphere is different than what I'm used to. The coffee is more better just because it's condensed in a smaller and in glass compared to a larger glass glass you can taste the difference and save it atmosphere. To be real honest I love foxtail better than Starbucks and I've been at Starbucks since 2006 so kudos to foxtail thank you for your business read more

2 Stars for the decor, smell and welcoming employees. This was my first time and honestly went because Dunkin's drive through was busy, and I didn't have time to wait, so I remembered seeing this place. Upon walking in, the decor is much like your average 'local' coffee shop, very nice. The smell is captivating. The employee behind the counter made eye contact and greeted me immediately which made me feel very welcome, which as an introvert in a new place with many people, is important. He also helped me through me order, a regular latte, whole milk and caramel. Added 20% tip and it came to.....$7!!!! Wow!!! That's where things start to fall apart. I got my drink, a tiny cup of coffee - maybe 12oz but probably 10 if I had to guess. Ran back to my truck (in a hurry as mentioned earlier) and headed to my appointment. I was hoping that QUALITY is key here so as i pulled out of the parking lot, Ioptimistically took a sip....NOPE! It was barely warm, which is weird since I watched her make it and it was maybe 90 seconds since she finished it to my tasting. In addition, it tasted like I was drinking Monin Caramel Syrup Milk - gross! How does a drink with espresso not taste like coffee at all? I'm not one to waste money so I drank it but because it's a latte (foam) you get less liquid drink but I'm sad to report that my $7 latte was gone in 6 mouthfuls (no point in sipping since it wasn't hot). I really wanted to like this place because I want a local place for coffee and stop supporting Starbucks but unfortunately this is not it. I would equate their lattes to WaWa - but more expensive and much sweeter. read more

The worst service ever! I ordered my coffee nothing complex,. I ordered a plan cafe con leche at 816 am and waited until 835 am his response was well they making it now ..... and asked for a refund and explained I was unhappy that my simple order was not done and the whole line that was behind me with more complex orders were completed and they all received there's and I'm still standing here patiently . Not even a sorry nothing just it will back on your card.. I did not make a scene I simply left... she seemed annoyed as if I was wrong..... never again.... read more

I was running some errands this morning and stopped by Foxtail Coffee for a little caffeine pick-me-up. I got a hot flavored latte and a cookie to go. Both were tasty and reasonably priced. The store was cute inside, I wish I had more time because I would have liked to work out of there but had some more errands to run. read more

I've been going to foxtail since they opened about a year ago maybe more now. All of the employees are always very friendly. It can get very busy at times in the morning but they do offer online ordering so that's convenient. They have a few breakfast items to choose from that I prefer over Starbucks. Little egg sandwiches and such, muffins and other treats. Coffee is delish. read more

Our first but unfortunately will be our last. Our coffee, tea, and sandwich were all very good, but they allow pets inside. I am highly allergic to cats and within 5 minutes of a couple coming in with a cat, and allowing it to roam around, my eyes started itching and watering, nose started running, and breathing became labored. We had to leave before finished with our food and drinks, and I had to use my inhaler. Even if I didn't have allergies, I can't believe the health department allows non-service pets to dine inside. read more

This place has great ambience, service, and coffee!! We've been 2x now and everything has been glorious without feeling overpriced. Pictured here is the cafe con Leche, pre-packaged cold brew to go and their proprietary coffee beans (which they'll grind for you if you don't have a grinder). They are dog friendly and even have a snazzy hot sauce that provides a pleasant burn on the tongue. We will definitely be back! read more

I tried one of their chocolate hazelnut donuts which unfortunately was stale. The donut had enough chocolate hazelnut filling to spread on the outer part of the donut and ameliorate the hardened texture and lackluster taste of the donut. I was quite happy with the oatmilk iced latte I got that was sweetened with honey and had a few dashes of lavender bitters. I'd get it again, asking for it to be not too sweet and include a few more dashes of the lavender bitters because I like floral impressions in drinks sometimes. It's nice to have this coffee shop for a change from the other chains. I'd suggest you check them out if in the area. read more
