Finally made it to a Sunset Concert Series event. We had a great time. Parking was easy. The food and music were perfect! Great family friendly atmosphere with lots of kids, pets, food and smiles! I'll be back.

Disclaimer: I'm a big sucker for farm fresh produce and the farm to table concept. So I love the idea of a self sustaining biodynamic farming community before heading out for a visit. The Store was a smaller then I expected, an old converted barn with few fresh produce, large selection of frozen organic meat, some organic household products and a few tables for lunch (served on Saturdays). The lunch menu is very small, main fares include the organic Burger and the seasonal special (chicken salad sandwich now). Everything is homemade and grown/raised on the premise. You have the option of eating there or they can pack it in a picnic basket for you to bring outside to the nice picnic/playground area or to bring on your nature trail hike. The chicken salad sandwich I got was decent for $6, made with chicken from the farm and homemade bread. The main attraction of the sandwich was the chicken itself, it was a bit chewier and the real natural flavor of the chicken was not buried under a ton of mayonnaise sauce. A nice place to visit on the weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can take a nature hike, check out the chickens and the vegetable gardens and stop in for for a good ol' modern twist country lunch.

I have cooked and eaten the meats I bought from Fox Hollow Farm and I am convinced their meat is totally worth the extra bucks.

Our server was incredible and she made sure that we got out for our concert in plenty of time. I had a wonderful fish dish along with an amazing beet cocktail. Everything is so thoughtful and well prepared. It was hard to decide exactly what we were going to enjoy. I highly recommend this establishment and fell in love from the minute We parked the car and walked through it. I would give it more stars if I could.

Our server was truly phenomenal - gave great recommendations, was honest, helped steer us, and took great care of our party of 5. The food was five stars across the board. Some dishes were absolutely our favorites, but there was nothing that we didn't like. The short rib and seafood special were top entrees, and the churro sundae was the best dessert (plus the cold brew ice cream omg). The cauliflower was an awesome starter and we devoured it. The bourbon beet cocktail was unique and a stunner. I could have drank 4 of them, they were so impressive. Overall, the property is beautiful, there's a trail that you can walk (super cool lighting too), it's nice and quiet and peaceful. Everyone is friendly. The food and drinks are amazing. Make a reservation and come check it out.

Chef Ben made our night when he came out to chat with us about the turmeric aioli we were enjoying with the small plate of potatoes. I just discovered Louisville is a 2 hour drive from where I live and have come back twice in 2 months. Both stays, I've managed to eat at Naïve twice. I love delicious, plant forward menu. Cauliflower, pickle plate, anything with broccolini. I'm an omnivore, so the steak and short ribs and crispy chicken sandwish have also been items I've enjoyed. The only thing I've tried that I didn't want to rave about was the salmon croquettes (just not as flavorful as you'd think based on the kimchi mention and the breading takes over), but I give them a pass considering how much everything else is top notch!! Don't sleep on that dark chocolate torte. On my most recent visit, I tried some of the cocktails and there is just nothing I won't order from this place. Grateful that the menu changes seasonally, so there is always something new to try! I'll be back again and again.

Their outdoor patio is one of my favorites. It's crisp and clean--and the weeping willow is gorg. Still smaller, shareable plates, fresh ingredients with flare.

Marvelous atmosphere with an interconnected beer garden in the middle. Stunning food offers that shine on their own and sing louder when paired with their beers. The team at holy grale also bring it all together with incredible service. The burger is incredible, but I always come back for the schnitzel platter. I only wish they had a spaetzle to go with it! The fries are proper chippies, thick square cut and long. Crispy outside, fluffy inside. And there are so many dips to choose from. Salads are crisp and light and a marvelous side. I cannot say enough good things. I love the grales.

We had a couple cocktails in here and the service was excellent even though it appeared they were filled to capacity. There were 4 of us in our party and we were seated at a table in the corner near the bar. Was definitely a cozy spot with so many people being in there and the bar being full. I had The Holy Ghost cocktail and it was a pomegranate hibiscus sour, it had just the right amount of sour! I do not like bitter drinks and this one was good and easy to drink. My husband had a couple of dark beers, I do not remember which ones but he liked them. They had a nice outdoor area but it was a bit too cool for that but it may be worth a return in the Spring to check it out. Bathroom was also really cool as the decor and theme spilled over into it. We will be back.

Can't believe it took this long to put this gem into words, but after visiting more times than I…read morecan count, Red Hog has firmly cemented itself as one of our absolute favorites in Louisville. There isn't a bad seat in the house or the butcher shop. Every corner has its own character, as unique and thoughtful as the food coming out of the kitchen. The open cooking in the shared space adds a warmth that makes it feel like dinner and a show, without the performance. The menu rotates with the seasons, but the crowd favorites never disappear. And for good reason. The burger is a legitimate contender for best in Louisville, no small feat in a city with serious competition. White cheddar, Ross Sauce, bacon jam, fried shallots, pickles, and Red Hog bacon, served with hand-cut fries and a curry aioli that deserves its own review. Unreal. The seasonal farmers market salad was everything summer should taste like, fresh, crisp greens with whey vinaigrette, market vegetables, and cave aged cheddar. Light but deeply satisfying. The Denver steak with chimichurri was perfectly executed. A glass of Cabernet and a martini rounded out a meal that had zero weak links. Red Hog is the rare restaurant that earns the hype every single time. Home run, every visit.

There's an open fire in the kitchen for pizzas and it smells wonderful. Staff were incredibly friendly. We were sat at a high top, sharing the other side with another party - a common occurrence. There is a special happy hour menu - including bites, wine and cocktails. We opted for a bottle of prosecco and were pleasantly surprised a side of fries comes with each bottle during happy hour - what?!! My absolute favorite! We also ordered the charcuterie plate - which includes chefs picks of cheese and 3 meats. The fries were freshly cut with two dipping sauces, ketchup and a curry mayo. Fries were good but a little floppy and not super crispy but we still enjoyed. The charcuterie plate includes salami, prosciutto, and a liver pate with bacon (the last was not super popular with us). The cheeses included a soft maybe blue cheese, cheddar and white cheese. There were also crackers, nuts, jam, olives on the board. Overall it was a good happy hour and we'll be back!!
