The concept is Chipotle style but it's healthier and they use veggies, sweet potatoes, etc. The first time I went it was very busy but they moved the line through quickly. And that even includes when I said I was gluten-free and they used ingredients from the main pots to avoid cross contamination. I really appreciated that extra effort. The food is tasty, but I wish there were more options. Fresh ingredients and love the restaurant's rustic vibe.
