They particularly said to me 3 times that she'd be given her meds on Fri when she was admitted. When she didn't - I gave her the meds I have at home- they yelled at me every time, but they would rather kill my mother than admit that they don't have the meds on fri".. Unprofessional, rude, not caring, owners promised that they are new and good.. these people are there to NEGLECT your loved ones and kill them! I know that all nursing homes can have a certain odor, but this place takes first place for the worst smell!! The patients get forgotten about and they extremely under staffed. The management changes constantly and the staff isn't taken care of either. Over worked, under staffed and under paid which is also a common theme with nursing homes in our area. I wish I can afford to bring her someone that I could feel comfortable when I walk out. Every time I leave I want to run out screaming. If you have the means to go somewhere else, Do IT!!!
