Our family worked with Leana and had a great experience. My mom is 96 and lives in a different state from my sister and I. Mom fell and broke her hip. We were having issues with the rehab center she was placed in out of the hospital. She was not getting the best care and communication with the facility was non existent. I was helping a friend of the family who was recently hospitalized then went to a rehab facility.
