They love the people in their care so much that the residents pick up that caring feeling and care for each other. She is happy there, has made friends, loves the food and participates in the activities she likes. By the time she'd been at Brandywine for a couple of days, she started wearing her earrings and lipstick, nice clothes, and after a month, the improvement in her was remarkable. She has made friends and plays bingo every day, and she loves Biscuit, the Brandywine rescue shih-tzu. The staff is wonderful, caring, and supportive, and there is always enough staff to attend to an emergency. They keep great track of their seniors' whereabouts, and if she needs, help is just a push of a button away. Not only is my mom much happier, but we are as well, since we're not worried about her all the time. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

The meals are 3x a day, INCLUDED, as well as health checks, nursing facility, exercise rooms, beauty salon, a pub with outside entertainment and free drinks & snacks. You won't see that anywhere else - I know - I looked! The faculty & staff are truly caring and we have open communication on every issue. When I go to visit my mom, I am also visiting friends on staff & interacting with the other residents who live there. I feel that my mom is truly safe and well cared for. What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. When we walked in, the front desk staff did not acknowledge us or offer a simple greeting. Instead, they appeared to be engaged in personal conversations and laughing with one another while patients waited to be assisted. A small gesture like making eye contact or saying, "We'll be with you shortly," would have gone a long way. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unwelcoming. As a parent, when you are bringing your child in for medical care, you hope to feel that your time is valued and that the staff is focused on patient care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I understand that urgent care centers can become busy, and I try to be patient. However, professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy should remain a priority regardless of how busy the office is. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location, and I sincerely hope they improve both their customer service and the overall patient experience.
