    This place is a scam!!!! I rented a car through a 3rd party website. Went to pick up car and they requested a $500 deposit for a 2 day rental. The website never mentioned this and I could not cancel my reservation. I ended up having to take the car , which the first car had wet seats , dents , broken frame around tires and smelled like smoke. I requested a different car and within 20 minutes of having the car , I stopped at a location around the corner to eat and the small back window was smashed in and they tried to see if there was stuff in my truck. As I was returning the car to get a new one I overheard the customer service rep low balling insurance coverage to another person. He was trying to sell it to me for twice the amount. I have coverage but my deductible is $500 and now I received their invoice which is $400. Interesting that's it's below the $500 deposit and deductible . Which this would prevent me from using my insurance or having a insurance claim record on their vehicle . It's also interesting the price is more than $200 for a small window on a Toyota Versa. Do not rent from this company. I will be requesting more paperwork on the estimate . I feel they know how to scam for more money from their customers.

    Not only did the car had crusty seats, I asked the agent if they had other cars available and they told me it was just downgrades. He told me it would save me $20 a day so I just went with it and added FastTrak. They snuck it in as an upgrade and didn't charge me until after I returned the car so I wouldn't notice. After calling customer service, they refused to refund me because I had already signed the contract. $600 for a 5 day low-end SUV rental is crazy. Insanely deceptive business practice.

    My car was in the shop longer than expected and I had to rent a car quick cuz my previous rental was ending, and I still needed transportation for work etc. Fox was the cheapest option I could find online. Didn't expect much, the line was horrendous at the airport rental facility, waited at least 30 minutes in that line just to get to the front counter... but everything else went smoothly, they had my car ready, and actually I liked the vehicle a lot, a Hyundai with new safety features I was unfamiliar with, dependable and comfortable. Didn't run into any problems. Had to rent a car here a 2nd time within the same month due to ongoing issues with the car repair shop who was working on my vehicle. Unlike the first time with the super long line, this time it was after the holiday season, only one customer in front of me, no line but that one took long too (thankfully not 30 minutes long)... customers ahead of me just always seem to have problems, but not me, my time at the front counter was quick and easy (both times I rented a car here). So maybe I just got lucky... or maybe I'm just more prepared and take care of everything beforehand (I used Priceline to book in advance both times, and it has proven reliable). I opted to try a compact car for the first rental, then an economy car for the second rental because I wanted to compare the difference, and both cars were Hyundais in excellent condition and allowed for a smooth ride. The return process was easy in the airport car rental garage, staff took a look at the vehicle and emailed out the final receipts, no extra charges. Overall, great communication via email, even wishing me a good experience in advance (that's rare to get from a car rental company).

    They are dishonest with their billing ! My estimated charge was $80.19 yet when my visa bill arrived it was $221.16. I called and employee said I was late by 2 hours so the fees added were $141 difference ! I spoke to Eduardo and he said there would not be a fee since I was within 3 hours of my original drop off. This difference of $142 is insane ! The employee did not tell me the truth about these sneaky excessive fees ! My paper says $80.19! I asked for a supervisor and was told they'd call me back within 72 hours. The employee could not explain these added charges ! I dont recommend going through this company again!

    I am absolutely blown away...flying in from Texas ..prepaid rental...and this is what I have to deal with? I've been in line for over 50min and there is but a single service representative to handle this line? You have to do better! I gave 1 star because they are open and have cars....sad that I will not be using them again ...especially when you see the others with no line at all...if I could've dropped and moved over to the competitors I absolutely would Update - ...and I finally get everything done...and have to now wait an additional 30min because they have no clean available vehicles...if I could take the 1 star away I ABSOLUTELY WOULD

    horribly long lines and indifference customer service. It takes approximately 11 minutes per person. I waited almost one hour to get my car.

I explained my predicament and asked if, for $1, he could help a desperate BBQ fan raid the break room for plastic forks. Without missing a beat: "I got you, Carlos." Minutes later he emerged from an unlabeled door with napkin-wrapped forks and spoons like a hospitality superhero. The car return was smooth. The service was efficient. But the willingness to help in a small, human moment? That's what makes five stars. Midwest kindness is undefeated.

The rental itself went smoothly, and the vehicle was returned on time and inspected by an employee who confirmed everything was fine at check-in. There were no issues raised at the time of return. 7 Weeks later long after I had returned the car I received a damage claim alleging that there was damage to the vehicle along with administrative fees, and additional charges in the amount of over $1500. The funny part is that the inspection that was performed 7 week after I had returned the vehicle and 800 miles away from my return location. This has to be the biggest scam ever, think about how many customers they do this to. Sure they offer low rental fees but now I see why, as a customer, this is extremely concerning. Once I returned the car and it was inspected and accepted at return, I reasonably expect the transaction to be finished. Receiving a significant bill 7 weeks later, is just unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone renting from Sixth rental car, also if you do rent, make sure to document the vehicle carefully at pickup and return and make sure they sign that there was no damages to the vehicle., also take photos and video, and keep all records even after the rental is closed. Would be zero stars if Yelp allowed it.
