An absolutely fantastic, easy, seamless experience with Empire Gutter Cleaning. They let us know…read moreexactly how much our gutter cleaning would cost prior to showing up, showed up at exactly the time they said they would, were in and out in no time at all, and called us to confirm they would be coming ahead of time. What could be better? AND we got the job that we asked for done to perfection?! Boom. When my partner called to get this set up, office staff gave them him two different weeks that the team could come by. They (as all gutter cleaning companies around this time of year) do book up pretty quickly, so the sooner ahead you can call, the better. The best part is that this service is completely contactless, and perfect for the outbreak we're experiencing here in Monroe county. They hop on your roof, leave you the bill, and are on their way in no time. We have an 1800 sq ft house and cost was ~$150, and this company will give you a free estimate prior to arriving. The lack of "oh no how much is this going to be" scariness was amazing and allowed us to budget accordingly. Our leaky basement will be no more and we're looking forward to using Empire Gutter Cleaning for a long time to come. Yay home ownership! So fun!

Anyone dealing with contractors or people working on your home know that is unusual. But this year they have gone down hill. I called to get on their list for gutter cleaning like I have done the previous years. They said they would be at my home on the next nice day. After many, many, many nice days went by without them ever showing up, I called again. And again they promised at the next nice day they would be there to glean the gutters. Now it is already late November so I know there will not be that many nice days left---but I believed them as they have always came through in the past. They NEVER showed up, and we did actually have a mild Dec. with many nice days that they could have come. I wish they told the truth and said they weren't going to come as I would have hired someone else. Now it is mid January and we have just had a major snow storm with 24" and frigid temps. Because my gutters are full of leaves, the water is freezing in large icicles. They are from the gutters to the ground. I am afraid they are going to pull the gutters off the house. I am so STUPID but they have always been trustworthy in the past. I have always been a good customer and always given them a tip on top of their pay. I can not recommend this company any longer as they lie to customers. I am so mad at myself for believing their lies saying they were going to come--!
