My primary dentist referred me to Dr. Timothy Gainey for 2 root canals. The minute I nervously walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly human (Laurie). :) My consultation went smoothly, and my procedures were done with the utmost professionalism, care and with a bit of humor thrown in. Dr. Gainey and his team even stayed late to finish both of my root canals and get me out of pain. I cannot say enough positive things about this entire experience. I can say that I will not go anywhere else should I need any additional procedures in the future. Dr. Gainey is your guy. Make the appointment!

I had no idea what to expect but I trust my dentist so I…read morewent ahead with the doctor she recommended and did the consult at the Brookfield location: There was quite a bit of paperwork and calls with the office to confirm insurance and discuss payment prior to the appointment. I was told that if I didn't want to do the paperwork until the day of my appointment I'd need to arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled time. My appointment was at 7:30am which is the time the office opens so I'm not sure how that would have all worked out. In the end, doing the required paperwork in advance is for the patient's benefit and it's always nice to know cost up front for anything dental (at least I think so). As for the appointment, I have to say I was genuinely impressed with the office. It's an up-to-date facility in an unassuming office building. I was greeted by a calming waterfall when the elevator doors opened, a friendly receptionist offered me water and the bathroom even had essential oil spray. Oh and there was an aquarium in the waiting room! The equipment used for scans was all very clean and felt state of the art. I saw Dr. Zielinski. I found him to be knowledgeable and straight forward. I will say he talks a lot so if you see him be sure to ask your questions and even ask him to clarify terms if you need to. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed which is important to me. In the end I don't need work done here but if I did I would feel comfortable moving forward.

The staff was very nice and to the point helping figure out what was causing my pain, and what we needed to to do resolve it. That's how Dr. Klug runs his practice. He's been practicing dentistry for over 20 years, and he takes a more conservative approach to treatment. My son has had to have 2 teeth pulled and 6 cavities filled. This is was completely missed after going on a regular cadence every 6 months. The same goes for my 8 year old son as well, completely missed my son left side with Xrays that resulted in a root canal, this is after just being at the office for a cleaning 6 months ago. I have never been so upset watching my two boys go through so much pain that could of been avoided with the proper care.

I do not understand the discrepancy between Google review's extremely high ratings of this dental…read moreoffice compared to the low average rating on Yelp. Normally I'm a Yelp gal all the way but this time I defaulted to Google and I'm glad I did. Lauren the dental hygienist was extremely awesome. I explained my dental anxiety and she asked questions regarding where that anxiety comes from and let me know the various numbing creams/squeeze balls they have for increased comfort. I always bring my own anxiety-football that I death grip but I accidentally dropped my ball on the floor half way through the cleaning yet I felt so comfortable and at ease that I didn't need it anymore. She gave me options such as: manual scraping or using the electric tools depending on what my anxiety can handle. She was calm and thorough and explained the process the whole way through which was so helpful. I don't have dental insurance and they have a special right now for new patients: cleaning, dentist exam, and X-rays for $150. They received my previous dental records and seemed to be informed on my latest dental procedures. Fluoride treatment runs the same price here as other places I've been, between $35-40 dollars. The dentist was really nice and seemed to be thorough, though right now my teeth are in good shape so there wasn't much to talk about. I'd recommend anyone to come here. In the waiting room there were many regulars that staff knew by name, just a really friendly atmosphere.
