Undoubtedly the most pesky door-to-door sales representatives around! They ignore no solicitation signs, won't leave when told NO, persist in trying to sell even when told no numerous times. They get you into a contract and then charge a large fee for you to cancel. I tried to cancel and they said it would be a $250.00 cancellation charge! In the meantime, they charge every month whether they provide any service or not. I've now learned all the things that my contact does NOT cover -they try to sell you additional services. Have used this company for home bi-monthly maintenance since our home was newly built 7 years ago. They have been so professional and informative for the bugs in this area. We haven't had any problems with any bugs spiders, ticks, fleas. The occasional ant hill will pop up in the back yard, but they will come out anytime between service times if I think it's getting out of hand! Thank you!!! read more

I requested numerous e-mails/phone for an additional pest control service between the last tech visit. Fox Pest customer services have yet to act on my request. The lack of action on the part of Fox Pest Control is against their stratification guarantee policy. This is stated on their website and my pre-paid policy. A person showed up while we were moving with the moving company unloading to give us a song and dance about new neighborhood has lots of pest issues etc. we had no idea it was a 2 yr contract you can not get out. At one point, we had fleas in our yard and I called and they told me it would be over a week before they could come. my brother called and is not a Fox customer and they told him. they would be put the next day. are you kidding me? this is how you take care of your customers? You pay monthly but they come every other month if that. Your wait time is crazy long and today I've waited all day for you all to come and crickets. Run!!! read more

Haven't performed interior services in over a year because they never ask for an appointment time. When I called to complain I was told it was considered a "complimentary service" and not technically part of the service I was paying for. Tried cancelling after 3 years of business and they told me I had to be charged for this quarter despite them not intending on sending someone out for another 20 days after I had called. read more

Our security cameras do not show a Tech at our property in Lubbock. Yet, we received a phone call saying the Tech could not get into the back gate. They called, but we were in a meeting when they called. Via text message, we advised them to ring the doorbell as someone was home. They did not. Later, we received an email saying the Tech could not get into the backyard but that he sprayed the side and front yards to complete the service. Also, not the case. Our security cameras would have picked up the movement. No one from this company seems to have been there, at any time of day. Called the company. Rescheduled with their answering service and was told a manager would call me. Did not hear from the manager the next day -- not even a "we're looking into it; sorry for the inconvenience of rescheduling." You'd think a business would reach out by at least the 3rd day, right? Called and left a message for the manager because I still haven't heard from them. I wonder if I ever will... UPDATE: 4th day received a call. They think the Tech went to the wrong address but they did not check the truck GPS. They apologized. They were more about talking than listening, though. It's awkward when the customer has to interrupt you. Might be a customer service training opportunity there. read more

They were supposed to be here at 3pm to spray throughout the house the prevent cockroaches. Someone calls around 2:50 something asking if we completed the to do list, we say yes we did and they say okay. Fast forward to 4pm they still haven't shown up and now we decide to call to see what's going on. No one answered and we left a voicemail. Fast forward 20 minutes no response still, we decide to call back. We get someone and they make up something about arriving at 3:15 and a son answering saying the dad was gone. There are no sons & we have all been home this entire time waiting on them. We did everything they said to do including moving everything 18 inches from all walls & emptying all drawers. They say they're on their way after the misunderstanding and now it is 5:18pm. If you care about your time I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. read more

I have been a customer of FOX Pest Control Corpus Christi TX for over a year now. Initially I was super happy through their diligence all my insect problems were gone. The service man that came to the house was very nice and accommodating month after month. However after 8 or 9 months I noticed that some of the bugs were returning. I contacted the service in between scheduled dates and had them come out for an additional service. Even with the extra care my insect problem just got worse. On April 7, 2020 they returned for the last time and I am not a happy customer. I have found insects in various stages of life crawling about on my floors and in the garage. They are looking like roaches, small earwigs, and a type of beetle. Some dead some on their way out and others just passing through. They are more frequent than ever and an embarrassment when I have company. I guess I was naïve thinking that after a years' service both outside and inside the house I could safely say I was mostly bug free. I really expected, after the initial service that netted the first catch, to see no insects or at the least one or two dead after a full years' service. I have had to clean up dead and dying insects in the house and out in my garage most every week. read more

First review ever. We hired Fox Pest Control to come out and take care of Bed Bugs. They said it would be a little over $900.00 and they will treat for up to a year to get rid of the bugs. After the very first treatment I was still seeing bugs. We called again, they came again. Another treatment, the next day I am still seeing bugs. Two more times and I am still seeing bugs either the same day or the day after. My husband is getting eaten up every night. We call for a 5th time. They say that they only do 4 treatments, our house needs to be cleaned up (it is not messy!) and we are probably bringing them in after they have killed the bugs. They did not kill a single bug. How do they know when they don't see night after night of having to check pillows and kill what we find. I found 12 bugs one morning full of blood. Fox, Get yourself together and don't promise what you cant deliver. Highly disappointed! read more

Completely awful! Showed up at an incorrect time for the initial spray, I was at work. Called to reschedule but they didn't have my paperwork yet and had to transfer me to of my sneaky salesperson and didn't get through to him. Called again to cancel but they still didn't have my paperwork and they would have to get ahold of my sketchy salesperson yet again. Couldn't get ahold of him AGAIN! I was told by the manager that they would just tear up my paperwork when it came in. I was finally at ease. I was at work for a stretch of 4 days, 12 hour shifts. I had a missed call and voicemail that I didn't check since I was working, they came and sprayed my front yard and left a note saying they were charging me the $xx amount and to call to reschedule my backyard since it was locked. I called and was upset, I THOUGHT I already cancelled. They assured me they wouldn't charge me and they ACTUALLY cancelled it. A few days a go, I received an email saying I am being charged $161 for services. My account is charged that amount. I have now filled a stolen debit card with my bank since they have lied to me multiple times and I'm sure if I didn't I'll be charged again! read more
