On August 10, 2025, around 12:30 pm, a front-of-house employee who refused to give his name, was openly dismissive, and couldn't competently process a basic credit-card transaction. The encounter was needlessly rude and amateurish--an embarrassment for any business, let alone one that relies on community goodwill. I asked management--quietly and reasonably--for three fixes: 1 - a written apology from the employee, 2 - a written apology from management acknowledging the training failure, and 3 - two complimentary tickets as a minimal gesture to restore trust. The response? - Silence. - No acknowledgment. - No accountability. - No interest in making it right. This isn't a one-off hiccup; it looks like a customer-service culture problem. Until Fox Peak Cinema shows it can train staff, treat patrons with basic respect, and respond when it drops the ball, I'm done. I'll be steering friends, neighbors, and local groups elsewhere--and I'll make sure they know why. Fallon deserves better than this. read more

Enjoyed watching Willy wonka with my kiddo. First time coming to this movie theater. I liked the price and the food options. Lots of space considering no one was there really but us. That is nice because I come from a busy town where sometimes the showtimes are sold out. We did smell a weird burning smell towards the end of the movie I think it was the heater turning on. So at least we know we won't be cold during the snowy months. The combo meal was a good price you get a choice of hotdog nachos or pretzel and a soda. There is lots of cute photo opportunities inside the theater for all your friends and family to make the memory list forever. read more

First off people need to clean up after themselves! However I also think that the staff working here needs to clean the theater in between movies. We went to the 7:00pm showing of Avatar tonight and it was disgusting. There was food on the floor and in cup holders. We were some of the first people to get there and you could tell no one cleaned anything in there. No one was sitting next to me so this was left from the showing before. read more

$8 for a large drink and no refills . Drink size also smaller than your normal "movie theater large". I expect concessions to be up charged at theaters but to not even offer a refill on a LARGE is pretty ridiculous. read more

While staying in Fallon, I went to the movies. The staff here is very nice. Seating is comfy (not recliners but comfy). Projection and sound system are stellar. I enjoyed watching White Boy Rick. They have movie trivia, and the usual previews prior to the feature movie. Parking is free and right by the movie theater. read more

For a small town of 8500 people it's a nice theater. If you're used to the big city recliners they don't have them here. The seats they do have a nice just not the newest in the industry. This theatre is great. My family and I watched a movie here when it first opened and several times since. The staff is always friendly, the concession line always seems to move quickly, and the bathrooms have always been clean during our visits. My favorite part is the rewards program. You earn points each time you purchase tickets and concessions. These points turn into rewards such as free movie tickets, free popcorn, drinks and candy. The free item coupons are good for a year. Also, drink refills are free! read more

I like the Fox Peak brand. The cinema is a nice/clean theater with excellent/friendly service! I like how they have a loyalty card program, but as a military dude, I probably won't be coming here that often since we get free movies on base--just wanted to check it out once (I saw Sausage Party). You can see the theater off the main road but the road to turn on is not that obvious. If you turn into the Fox Peak gas station, just make your way towards the big building and you're there. My friends and I were super stoked to get some snacks and watch the new Spider-Man movie. When we got to concessions the employees were pushy and wanting us to order faster. Mind you we were the only ones in line. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. When we started watching the movie, 5 minutes in it started freezing up and pausing. Several customers went and let them know and they didn't bother fixing it. Instead they sent a customer back in to tell us all to move to a different theater. Mind you, that theater was already packed. It was difficult finding a seat. Several people had to leave and go without watching the movie they paid for. Clean and brand new. My son and I were the only 2 people watching the movie. The speakers are surround sound. People there were pleasant. Get the kiddie special. All the popcorn you can eat plus refillable sodas. read more

This is a solid movie house in the wilds of Fallon. The place was clean and at the time, nearly empty which by all accounts (at least in my party of 3) was a very good thing. Their theater seating is quite comfy and you gotta love the ample cup holders available. We sat near the front and didn't have to wrench our necks to watch the featured film. I guess my only gripe about this place is there is not an entrance from the main drag (Highway 50) rather you have to go down Williams to get in there and the signage is pretty much non-existent. If I do want to see a movie while visiting the parents in nearby Fernley, I'll come here without hesitation! read more

For Fallon, this is a great venue to watch movies. In Theater 6, I felt every bit of the movie that I saw. It actually felt more like an experience than simply watching the movie. I really enjoyed that they have a state of the art system along with the space age self-serve soda fountain. That was one nifty touch to it all. read more

Recommend for any movie fan! Always great service and the reward system is a nice bonus. Very clean, you never have to worry about stepping in sticky puddles or shoes full of popcorn. Tickets are fairly affordable for the high quality of the theatre. The sound and video quality is great and I love going everytime! The best movie theater in town by far! read more

I thought I was in a vintage theatre that was supposed to be in a museum. Well there is a worse one in town but this is slightly better. Screen quality is less than mediocre. Feels like watching 35mm film out of home-made projector. The one thing nice was the seat seems to be clean. 3D movies here are not worth the money. But then there isn't any cinema in town or in Reno that is worth going anyway. I have to go back to SF to watch anything decent. This is a ok place for anyone that wants to watch anything bigger than from 85 inch screen. That's it. read more

This is a nice, new theater in Fallon. The seats are very comfortable and the staff is friendly. I really like the luxury theater in Sparks and thought I'd never like any other theater again. Comfortable seats. Great sound. Friendly service. They seem to be improving the theater every time I go in, adding something new. Great fountain drink machine to create unique flavor of soda or water. The lines can get long depending on the day/time. So glad they opened in Fallon. I took my daughters here and we all had a great time. Everything about my experience here was perfect. When I had too many snacks and drinks to carry. Excellent ATMOS sound in theater 4!!! Drink machine is something I have never seen before with numerous selections. Seats are big and comfortable. Popcorn was excellent. This cinema opened today (November 6) and it appears to have all the newest movies just like the big city. read more

I really like this theatre. It has great seating. It has great snacks and amazing movie deals!!! It gets movies from day one!!!! The thing I don't like is the sound. It is too loud!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ecellent theater but you guys really need different lines for tickets and for food, waiting out the door just for a ticket for 30 minutes is ridiculous. You need 2 seperate lines. read more
