The encounter was needlessly rude and amateurish--an embarrassment for any business, let alone one that relies on community goodwill. I asked management--quietly and reasonably--for three fixes: 1 - a written apology from the employee, 2 - a written apology from management acknowledging the training failure, and 3 - two complimentary tickets as a minimal gesture to restore trust. The response? - Silence. - No acknowledgment. - No accountability. - No interest in making it right. This isn't a one-off hiccup; it looks like a customer-service culture problem. Until Fox Peak Cinema shows it can train staff, treat patrons with basic respect, and respond when it drops the ball, I'm done. I'll be steering friends, neighbors, and local groups elsewhere--and I'll make sure they know why. Fallon deserves better than this.

There are quite a few options at concessions, and even though the line may be long, it moves fast because there are quite a number of people working the counter. Yeah, popcorn and a drink cost a few bucks. But, it was worth it. The theater seats are comfortable and each armless has a cupholder large enough for the mega sodas they serve. I was pleased with the viewing experience of the movie. The sound was quite good as well. I came back a few days later to see the movie again, it was that good! The second visit was just as good as the first.

That is, the chair was precisely synced with the on-screen action to simulate vibrations, bumps, and movements. I was amazed as it felt like I was actually dancing with the actors throughout the entire Michael movie. The seat was about $25, and it was worth every penny. * Parking was ample and accessible - located directly behind the theatre * Staff members were helpful and kind, from the ticket counter to the food counter * The building was nicely spacious * The availability of snacks was decent CON: * The movie theatre presented a messy environment. The overall cleanliness was beyond lacking, with the food/beverage counters and carpeted floors being unkempt and dirty. Whereas I truly had a spectacular time with the viewing of the Michael movie with the inclusion of the unforgettable D-BOX motion seat, this Cinemark location should prioritize cleanliness a little better between shows. We enjoyed the movie, the new seats felt more narrow than we're used to, but it was nice to recline our seats here. My kids enjoyed their snacks, I wish they sold a protein shake or a healthier alternatives since they sell Fairlife chocolate milk here. I just had my $7 smart microplastics. The restrooms and trash bins could use some T.L.C. Besides the minor set back with your cashier, we enjoyed our time here.

We were entertained from the moment the show started up until the final minute! The dancers are very talented and beautiful, and the illusionists are spell-binding. The music was also perfect! So glad they will have a three-year residency, because we will definitely be back. I would suggest adults or late teens for the show. Drinks and snacks are available, and a short intermission is perfect for a quick restroom break. The ushers and staff were super friendly as well! This is a huge stage show, in a small venue!
