I called another place on the same street and they charged $6. I had asked them to spot treat a spot on the cuff and they didn't even do that. When i asked how dry cleaning a linen shirt would be more difficult that dry cleaning a regular shirt they couldn't tell me. I know the economy is bad making excuses to rip off your customers will not bring them back.

But I was more bothered by the owner. When she found out what I do for a living she went on a rant about how all of my clients would be better off dead and I am just wasting my time. Needless to say, I will never be back. There are lots of cleaners in the area who will do a job at least as good if not better for a lower price, without the lunatic opinions.

Fastest around and best prices! I've gotten wool sweaters stretched, holes repaired, couch cushion covers washed, they seem to work miracles. Staff is very nice as well. I drive 15-20 min from Middletown so it's about 30-40 min round trip and it's worth it. You won't be disappointed!

I took it in with a suit bag, not knowing that I had to tell them that I wanted the suit bag back After I picked up his suit, we noticed the bag was not with it so I called them and they said they had it there with his name on it why they couldn't call me and let me know they had it to see if I wanted iit or offer it back to me when I picked the suit up in the first place I don't know I felt like they did not want to take responsibility for any of the errors, and had a nonchalant attitude about it. I have to roll lint off of it myself So much for paying for their service. My husband's suit came back with food stains on it still which I was able to wipe off gently with a damp cloth, and it had lint and hair on it too I didn't even mention that to them because I was so frustrated but I forgot
