The prices are definitely not low and some prices are just stupid high. We bought the house brand milk and it was sour. It's a shame too because there's so many other good points about this store, very clean and well lit, shopping carts rolled, smooth, people are courteous and helpful.

Festival Foods - Hartford, WI Reviewed by Accessible with…read moreSamera From the moment I walked in, this Festival Foods location made me feel welcomed, seen, and supported. The store was spotless and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the level of accessibility and kindness. The mobility scooters were already plugged in and ready to go no waiting, no chasing someone down to get one working. That simple act meant so much. They even had sample cups of popcorn at a reachable height! (And yes, I took one... and yes, it was good ! Everyone I spoke to from the front entrance to checkout was genuinely kind and attentive. You could feel the culture of care throughout the entire store. As someone living with a disability, I can confidently say: this Festival Foods is doing it right. Thank you for making space for us not just physically, but with heart. I'll definitely be back. -- #AccessibleWithSamera

They also have canned goods and pickled items and if I was still living in Wisconsin I would've gotten more. I did get 2 packages of the bbq beef sticks and the jalapeño cheese beef sticks. They were great! I love the little history pieces and rocks they're selling. It's very small town Wisconsin vibe inside and it felt like my childhood here growing up in Wisconsin.

I don't shop at…read moreMeijer very often, but whenever I do, I'm always impressed by how spacious, clean, and well organized the stores are. I stopped in to pick up a few items and, as usual, left with a few more than I had planned. They had a great selection of cakes in the bakery, so I couldn't resist bringing one home. I was also looking for pea pods in the produce department but couldn't find them. When I asked an employee for help, they didn't just point me in the right direction. They personally walked me to the exact spot. That's the kind of customer service that's becoming harder and harder to find. I'll definitely be back.

This location has always been clean with a great selection of products, from produce, meat and bakery to home goods and clothes! It'll be your one stop shop for everything. I wish they had a registry! Make sure to download their app and save $$ when shopping by clipping electronic coupons and earning points each purchase to be redeemed for $ off your future purchases. I asked if it was possible to call and have it delivered, to which they said no their walkie talkie didn't have batteries. on a walk I went to customer service where I was then told someone else would need to come and deliver for me. find a person, find a cart, wheel back battery. finally make it back to auto center 20 min later. wait about 40min for someone to start working my car despite only one other person being there and quite literally a staff of 6+ people around. front desk lady starts working the battery. finally lunch break guy appears and it finishes ~1.5hrs after showing up. told I can be reimbursed $10...cool. lady accidentally charges me for $10 (and wouldn't have noticed unless I caught it). stumble through corrections to now reimburse me twice. get to my car, the dash isn't lighting up & across the screen. I go back in to see if someone can take a look ... surely they would/could get the car back to operating condition. was immediately shrugged off as though it was a normal condition. finally convince someone to go outside with me. guy says he doesn't know, it's probably fine, if not go to a mechanic. I explain to him of course I'm not going to go right to a mechanic after getting my car serviced here. at this point the nice other guy in the waiting area comes out and helps me fix the alarms and displays. he unfortunately also realizes that they swapped out the wrong two tires on his car. completely disorganized, lacking customer service. I have never written a review like this before but felt like I needed to.
